If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

I'd like to make a suggestion on an enhancement to threads which have posts that run into the 1000s.
Rather than paging backwards at most, 2 at a time, would it be possible to manually enter a page number to make it easier and quicker to find the required page/post?

bakko,
It is possible but we feel this system works as well as any at the moment, as it is only a limited number of threads that have such large posts, and we would hav eto make the change across the board.

Ian....Thanks for your prompt reply. I take your point regarding the wholesale changes. It's just that I'm looking for some previous information on the betting exchanges thread and I'm finding it a little tedious and time consuming locating it.
Would it be possible to tweak it somehow so that the manual page entry box only kicks in on threads if it exceeds a specific number of pages?
Kyoto....Thanks and will take a look at your solution

I can ask the techies, to take a look and maybe put it on their list for future development.

COE group - Capital reorganisation!
"The Directors are proposing to consolidate the Existing Ordinary Shares on the
basis of 1 Consolidation Share for every 500 Existing Ordinary Shares held,
creating new Consolidation Shares of 25 each. Each Consolidation Share will
then immediately be sub-divided into 2,500 New Ordinary Shares, of which 2,400
will immediately be redesignated as Deferred Shares."

Agree with bakko that a simple way to access a page in the middle of a long thread would be very useful. There are a lot of long threads!
Cheers, Madison

Ian - I was pleased to see that the "Major Shareholders" section of "Company Zone" was updated in mid December, as promised.
However, there are still large numbers of stocks that simply return an "EPIC not found" error, when I try to use this screen. It's true that most of the stocks in question are at the microcap end of the market but it would be useful if you could get your data supplier to look at improving this.

Ian - To save emailing, I've just done a quick run through of the stocks in today's top 30 losers table(to confirm that the problem isn't just related to a few stocks that I'm interested in) and roughly two thirds of them are either "EPIC not found" or "Data unavailable".
Presumably, for the ones that are "EPIC not found", none of the other company zone info is available either.
Anyway, here is the list of ones that failed(whilst there may be a couple of weird equity instruments in the list that one wouldn't expect data for, there is clearly quite a large problem here):
AKR, BFG, WTI, HCEG, VLR, PEG, ELA, AMU, IMY, ACEP, CNW, DTE, GOO, TVC, LMBT, THF, TVR, LNBY,CYAN.

TTC is one for starters.
I'm getting problems with the level 2 screen, look at sym, it says
9.75p offer but Evo underneath is 9.5p offer.

ravey,
Level 2 comes from a different supplier to company zone so is not related. Is TTC the epic code, as in TTP Comms, as it is showing correct prices, but not in the region of 9.75.
If this is not the epic code, please let me know,
Ian
