NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings,for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.

Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly,asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

the hell - still pumping - reminds me or sage pre 2000
amongst others, at the time, find me somthing as hot as this
in this market, remember the market at present is being kind,
but this one is a superstar

say 2 years - sp will have to consolidate to keep interest

Sorry to be slow coming back on CFDs. NLR is one share I feel happy enough with to leave it to look after itself. Another chalk up today, oh good! so that's what I've come to expect. Too high a tsunami for the evil shorters to try to hold back! I trade CFDs with blue index (www.blueindex.co.uk). They cover some AIM stocks but not all. I think they draw the line at a cap. somewhere around 30M. Takes a week or two to set up because they have to be hot on compliance. As I see it, they are effectively a specialised broker, so their income is on your opening and closing of positions. The minimum commission is 50, or 0.5%, so it is more expensive than on-line trading. For this they give a personal service and will call you if they feel any action should be taken, e.g. you go negative on your total position. Another disadvantage is that they normally book the trade at the margin of the spread although I have got them inside when the spread is relatively large. You also have to pay for overnight money at LIBOR plus 2%. These negatives are relatively minor compared to increasing your gearing 4 times (typically). Another major plus is that, if your position is positive, you can reinvest it in the same or another share without closing the position - the internet summary of your account is very comprehensive.

To put money in, you need to transfer it in by debit, or presumably credit, card. Cash can be taken out the same way - so it just takes a day, perhaps, to transfer using your debit card. I initially found the former a bit of a problem as you would sell a share and it would take three days for the funds to get to my account before being transferred rapidly by debit card to them; in the meantime, of course, the sp has moved against you according to that well-known law named after SOD!

Yeah there is a bump downwards on the graph which I forgot about. Must be selective memory (I thought it was an intraday fall, but SP recovered by the close of play). Has doubled in 80 days though - SP at the start of December was @ 300p.

Down day for MMG and DGM (hopefully short-term for both) but not so for the star performer that is NLR!!

Comfortably in the 650's by the end of the week I think.

I think possibly 700 Stuart, Im a bit disappointed with MMG ,, i thought it would hit a high tonight..

700p is a certainty perhaps by Friday...MMG yes a bit disappointing but should be some press coverage tomorrow..

JB, I must admit to being hopefull of 700 but there must be resistance at some point in the near future - surely.

Yes me too ,I was hoping MMG would sail up to 150..As for NLR i think the run must be over every day,but then it starts all over again..
