Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

Nor me, I'm just no-where near as bullish as I was and I just can't see how it's ever going to get higher when it's never been above 5p since it floated, they've just posted good results and its dropping like a stone...

biffa18 - 27 Nov 2003 12:35 - 418 of 3104

blakester - 27 Nov 2003 12:39 - 419 of 3104

Then why is it still dropping if its such strong company?

little woman - 27 Nov 2003 12:46 - 420 of 3104

Profit taking?

Golfclub12 - 27 Nov 2003 13:36 - 422 of 3104

So these shares should bounce back? in time

littlejon - 27 Nov 2003 13:40 - 423 of 3104

No money in the housing market any more.......people in time will switch back to investing confidance is returning...if this stock drops because of profit takers i don't care because the company is with a new contract which should hold good results for the future, i was in & out of mmo2 all this year..and if i held stock i would of been better off by far than trying to take profits.......hold stock & top up on lows...at the end of the day 50,000 at less than 2,000...

Golfclub12 - 27 Nov 2003 14:59 - 424 of 3104

Looking a little better now

beaufort1 - 27 Nov 2003 17:27 - 425 of 3104

Astoundingly high turnover of CYH shares today - over 18m. More than Tescos!
Presumably lots of profit taking. No wonder the price has dropped - but clinging onto mid-market 3p.

beaufort1 - 27 Nov 2003 17:38 - 426 of 3104

Hey folks - check out the latest announcement on the website. CYH has won a 300,000 order from Sunderland Housing Group.

skids - 27 Nov 2003 19:27 - 429 of 3104

Does anyone know the latest two pieces of news (on the Cybit Website) are not listed in afx or RNS?

dalrymp - 27 Nov 2003 19:32 - 430 of 3104

Cybit could have issued an RNS but obviously chose not to. Good news though and there will be bigger and better to come. I know we've had a rough ride over the last few days but I honestly think this is a brilliant company with a great future. All imho of course. Just remember why you invested in the first place.

dalrymp - 27 Nov 2003 19:36 - 431 of 3104

skids

I think it's because they probably considered it too small for an RNS but will probably included on another RNS when they win a bigger contract.

Does anyone else have any other ideas? little woman????

ckmtang - 27 Nov 2003 19:43 - 432 of 3104

i also thnk so. these seemed too small. that;s i wondering if this announce today nothing help in share(becuae price didn`t rise today)

dalrymp - 27 Nov 2003 20:29 - 433 of 3104

The change in law on the 1stDecember regarding mobile phones in cars is very good news for Cybit and should bring in lots of business. Well I'm off now, good luck everyone.

Talkpanerai - 27 Nov 2003 20:29 - 434 of 3104

This news is not going to make any difference. I think I'll sell it in another week or so.

atf130 - 27 Nov 2003 21:46 - 435 of 3104

Don't panic people, just take a look at the progress of the company, Cybit is going places! Hold mid/long term and you will see the fruits.

Sutre - 27 Nov 2003 23:31 - 436 of 3104

I think CYH is now looking oversold. For those TA's amongst us, the 14 day RSI is at its lowest level for at least 3 months. Gradient suggests we are near the bottom, providing a springboard for an even greater price rise.

Whether the Sunderland contract will be the trigger it needs, not sure. I'm holding for the medium/long term.
