I am very pleased to inform everyone that Alan (Greystone) has joined MoneyAM as our new City Editor, his role in due course will also include hosting the daily traders threads.
I have known Alan for many years and consider him, like many others do, to be the Grandfather of Bulletin Boards. His wise and balanced approach to his postings and commentary has been something that has been valuable to both established and newcomers ever since the beginning of the financial bulletin board communities( oh those ESI days!).
In welcoming Alan, I would also like to thank Martini who has been creating the Traders Threads each day since Crocs sad death.

This is my maiden post here...didn't see any need to post before, but I am breaking my silence just to say: Welcome to you, Alan English (Greystone! What a noble name, so may your reign be long, vibrant, and happy. All the best.
Now I shall be off, back to my Yellow Diamond Castle.

Good to see your name up on the screen again Greystone. As a former ADVFN let down user your articles were always interesting. With the demise on the Chat room we have moved on to pastures new. The old crew can be found on www.ensignsoftware.com/download.htm under UK Traders. Good luck in your new role.

Mr English,
Like you I am a recent arrival at this site but I have been here long enough to appreciate the efforts of Mr Martini on the traders thread a tough act to follow. All the hype from your friends here may prove something of a hindrance having raised expectations greatly. I hope you succeed in your new endeavour but when will the first edition of your new traders thread appear?
