THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

It might have done a better job informing the oldsters how they can find the money to heat their homes properly in the winter.

I think its a good guide.

My elderly mum would like a copy of this although its just commomn sense, Ill print her one out.

Dont forget the older you get the more you forget.

Simple things are forgotten and its a good thing surely to have something like this stuck on a daily notice board on the wall or say the fridge.

You'd forget to look at it...

good to read and hear loads and loads of journos ripping into blair for his arrogant interfering
what a disgusting slimeball of a man he is, though his bank managers, both home and abroad love him dearly

Tory Blair what a yob o.. and a rare agreement on this thread to boot.

cynic - 16 Jun 2014 08:21 - 42553 of 81564

i don't think anyone has anything polite to say about him, not least because his sole mission in life now is to paint himself wearing a halo instead of horns, all while stuffing his wallet to bursting

Gotta love Boris even if he resembles a complete buffoon most of the time..

Put Boris, Cameron and Blair on the stage and you would have the 3 stooges.

Or barrow boys without a barrow.

A cartoon from a previous time!

Haystack - 16 Jun 2014 11:33 - 42558 of 81564

It is not just Blair that is responsible for Iraq. It is the Labour party that went along with it and didn't stop him.

Hazyone,

And IDS was in agreement came out No 10 of the consultation with Blair with the swagger of a Corporal, before the action.

Reflected glory!

Hoards of the bonkers self righteous tories were advocating holding hands with Bush.

Suggest.

=======

But what does get up my nose is Blair's superiority and bloody school boy arrogance and his crazy belief in knowing what is right and wrong for the rest of humanity.

I think he changed party in the hope of becoming Pope.

Some converts, like Hazy are more dangerous than the real thing.

=========

Interesting to being told Ukraine has sufficient gas until December.

I bet the ship makers are rubbing their hands.

cynic - 16 Jun 2014 12:00 - 42561 of 81564

hays - it was absolutely Blair's call for everyone, including the Tories, believed the lies that he span about WMD and that was the only reason it was agreed by parliament that invasion was effectively the only option
