Update on Investment Game.

For the weekend that is the 28/29th (end of Feb) each player is allowed one trade transaction. In other words you may cash in one stock and invest that money into another stock. This is the halfway stage of the game (sort of!)
:-)

jeffmack - 13 Feb 2004 16:46 - 4264 of 23498

I lack nothing little willy, except motive(ation) and opportunity. :-)

This_is_me - 13 Feb 2004 21:40 - 4272 of 23498

I see the police are putting the cones out in preparation for the Post Office vehicles delivering my cards in the morning.

Bullshare - 14 Feb 2004 08:26 - 4273 of 23498

little willie - 14 Feb 2004 08:35 - 4274 of 23498

snowy...you got de motive, good on ya, thats the spirit, go out and hit 'em with your zimmer or,in Socs case, his Tesco's wheelie burner.

Opportunity? well now, lets see...prob Jeffmack your best bet for advice on that front, I think he believes in the old paper bag/age trick!..grateful and all that.

Lovely cool cloudy day here, been rainbing for a few hours, lovely stuff will help the golf course. Will think of Hightone this afternoon as going racing at Kenilworth, Cape Town...10 races, private box, meal, rand 60 [5].
Perhaps Hightone will run a book on the likelehood of my picking one winner???

Have a good w/end all....lw

Socrates - 14 Feb 2004 20:08 - 4275 of 23498

Bon apres midi mes amis.

Quiet in here again. I took the opportunity to take my PC down and refit my old 17" TFT Sony Display. Very stylish. The Philips is OK but the Sony has the edge on style.

Now, sherry trifle and a bottle of pop are called for, feet up on the foot stool and watch my numbers coming up on the lottery.

Socrates - 15 Feb 2004 00:16 - 4276 of 23498

I'm so lonely, I think I'll call it a day and pull down the old shutters. If anyone feels like a slap-up FEB I'll be in the kitchen first thing in the morning.

Bon soir.

jeffmack - 15 Feb 2004 09:03 - 4277 of 23498
