If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Working again Ian but there the odd 30 second difference in your

Di,
We are working to resolve this and JT has something in test at the moment which will hopefully cure this long term. If you give me the epic codes, I will get them cleaned up for you.

ravey,
Again, apologies, but as this is a seaq stock, I canoot adjust the orders unless the MM's do so, at which point the yellow strip will re align itself with the new orders,

Alan,
If you are just gettinga greyed out box underneath, you may want to try a restart - if it is a white box with or without a red cross in the top left hand corner, you may want to re install java by clicking on the word java at the top of the stockwatch screen.

Good morning.
Stockwatch is currently showing yesterday's trades and price changes.
Can you try and sort it ready for open, please.
Cheers,
dell

dell/Mickinvest,
We are just about to do a restart on it which should clear the problem out.

jimmy,
You can't see stockwatch or you are having the same issue as those above?
If it is the same as above, we are just working on it and should have it fixed as soon as possible.
Also, this only appears to be affecting a few of the streamers, so a few refreshes will bering up correct data for you in the meantime.
