THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

Cameroon is blowing smoke up your ass c, he cant change anything, he knows he cant, and he doesent really want to anyway.

ExecLine - 24 Jun 2014 22:20 - 42827 of 81564

Cameron is certainly too weak and it's time he stepped down to give the Tories a better chance in the GE.

I would now seriously like to see Boris Johnson in command of the party. He has the intellect for it and we could get all the EU's MEPs and all the MPs riding bikes.

Any mistakes Boris makes could be laughed off and forgiven by everyone in the land (*), because he has proved to us he does/did such a good job running London and the Olympics.

(*) That is, except for 'goldfinger the commie' and Fred, who could go on yet another holiday to France.

"I am just going to try this big fanny for size," said Little Dick.

But little did he know, it wasn't big enough and he got stuck. So they sent for the Fire Brigade and 6 cases of K-Y Jelly.

Maybe the Dim/Libs can get Suarez to endorse them?

goldfinger - 24 Jun 2014 23:26 - 42831 of 81564

What a GE campaign like 'were going to get our teeth into the things that really matter to hard working people'.

Fred1new - 24 Jun 2014 23:35 - 42832 of 81564

Exec,

I think Boris is amusing and sometimes funny but I think he is as morally corrupt at the present con party leader.

Both are interested in themselves and their ambitions not that of those they are supposed to be serving.

Self interest corrupts.

=========

But the con party doesn't have the courage to dump Cameron especially when he is served by apparatchiks of a similar ilk of Haze and some others.

Haystack - 24 Jun 2014 23:35 - 42833 of 81564

That poll is clearly nonsense. The Libs have been pretty constant recently.

Haystack - 24 Jun 2014 23:44 - 42834 of 81564

Interestingly, the guy that runs the Yougov polling company was saying a couple of days ago on Sky that the Libs will probably get close to their normal seats in the GE and so will the Conservatives.

MaxK - 25 Jun 2014 00:30 - 42835 of 81564

Which of course is...not enough!

It's no good Haystack, you cant polish a turd, and that's what you have leading (joke) the conservative party.

goldfinger - 25 Jun 2014 02:53 - 42836 of 81564

ha ha, No Hays you cant polish a turd and shit sinks. Listen to Max.

cynic - 25 Jun 2014 08:07 - 42837 of 81564

Haystack - 25 Jun 2014 09:09 - 42838 of 81564

Actually, you do get floaters!

While your on H/S, I asked this a while ago but think you missed it.

When do you think that Ashcroft will "publicly" swing back to your lot?

ExecLine - 25 Jun 2014 09:48 - 42841 of 81564

Haystack - 25 Jun 2014 10:14 - 42842 of 81564

Stan
Not sure what you mean.

Fred1new - 25 Jun 2014 10:16 - 42843 of 81564

Stan,

There is something wrong with my monitor.

Did you really write "when will Ashrot be publicly swung".

Would like to be there?

8-)

Stan - 25 Jun 2014 10:18 - 42844 of 81564

Well H/S, I thought he had distanced himself from your lot a year or so ago.

Fred, behave -):

Haystack - 25 Jun 2014 10:25 - 42845 of 81564

Ashcroft still supports the Conservative party. He has stopped giving money to the party, but still funds individual candidates.
