We're Off Jaque! (JQV)

JRM - 20 Feb 2004 10:46

Jacque Vert are a favourite of mine. I've bought on each downturn and collected some nice profits in the past.

With some amazing assets and brandnames, bought for shares last year, the smart boys are now ready for action. I'd be surprised if there wasn't a takeover before the finals, people are now moving in.

Should I buy more?

JRM - 15 Nov 2005 12:08 - 43 of 67

= + 700 000!

JRM - 22 Nov 2005 13:11 - 44 of 67

Has the overhang now been sold off? The last buy was above the quoted buy price.

mackem - 22 Nov 2005 15:53 - 45 of 67

Just simply too cheap.

They are probably cash positive now such is their strong cash flow.

So within a year they will have large amounts of cash in bank, be making
substantial profits and be on forward PER of roughly 2-4, once the exceptionals
have finished in their long restructuring, i think the last lot were out in recent
results so look forward to dividends in the future.

Worth at least 15p and that's only on a PER of 5

mackem - 22 Nov 2005 16:33 - 46 of 67

Somebody must believe me, strong finish and a 400k delayed
buy to boot.

Worth researching and see how quickly they have reduced debt
to zero from a very large amount despite difficult trading, it always
pays companies thesedays in the retail sector to be cautious with
their trading statements.

mackem - 23 Nov 2005 10:42 - 47 of 67

1 million in block trades at mid price, 550k cross trade, there's
a big overhang clearing and somebody is getting a lot of stock
for a bargain price, off the small punters radar but should'nt be
because this has to given a more realistic rating at some point.

JRM - 29 Nov 2005 11:47 - 48 of 67

I still think its brand names are under utilised. The Asians and American would love them.

Good buying today.

It'll be good bye soon

JRM - 29 Nov 2005 13:05 - 49 of 67

The buy to sell ratio is over 5:1> Has the overhang now been cleared?

skreen - 29 Nov 2005 16:35 - 50 of 67

I would wait till 16 pence to make sure the big overhang in this share is gone. Then I will be plying in given it is so ridulously cheap.

mackem - 29 Nov 2005 23:34 - 51 of 67

The market is finally waking up, had one mm not got a sell order
late on today it would have took off, forward PER of 5 is 19p alone.

It's just too cheap.

Good write up in todays Telegraph

JRM - 03 Jan 2006 12:11 - 53 of 67

a SMALL DIP BEFORE THE BIG JUMP -SOMEONE ONCE SAID!

JRM - 03 Jan 2006 12:13 - 54 of 67

bUT WHY THE DIP WHEN VOLUMES ARE SO POSITIVE?

JRM - 11 Jan 2006 13:29 - 55 of 67

Another good day. What's happening?

JRM - 16 Jan 2006 12:08 - 56 of 67

THE GOOD RESULTS HAVE BEEN OVERLOOKED.

JRM - 19 Jan 2006 10:55 - 57 of 67

There should be a rise in the next few days as the write-ups come through. What did Shares say this morning -My copy hasn't arrrived yet. I hope it's positive!

JRM - 27 Jan 2006 09:15 - 58 of 67

Where is the write-up in Shares. I can't believe this has been overlooked!

JRM - 02 Feb 2006 12:40 - 59 of 67

Have Shares included a write-up today?

JRM - 03 Feb 2006 14:52 - 60 of 67

Why haven't they included the results. They were brilliant and the company is now debt free with over 2million in cash. I can't believe they'll overlook this one. Can you?

JRM - 27 Feb 2006 13:26 - 61 of 67

The next takeover????????????????????

skreen - 29 Apr 2006 15:26 - 62 of 67

Massive profit warning yesterday. The directors wisely never bought.Get out now. I am disappointed that this share fell so far short of our hopes.
