MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

All this testosterone-fuelled arrogance will always piss off the ladies. Men are kids at heart unfortunately.

halifax - 11 Nov 2008 17:57 - 4319 of 8631

jkd the recent sale of 4m shares @7.5p by the German directors that are CFO and COO must indicate the real financial situation imho, they appear to be free of the lock in on 10m shares in December.

jkd - 11 Nov 2008 18:06 - 4320 of 8631

thanks halifax
i cant recall all the exact details but there were certainly questions brought to light.
i would suggest anyone considering buying might like to do their own research on this thread to satisfy themselves on all points before doing so.

jkd

kimoldfield - 11 Nov 2008 18:41 - 4321 of 8631

There are 2 ways to look at this :-

"Helmut Kerschbaumer and Klaus Kuehne, Interim CFO and COO respectively, have sold 4,042,593 shares at 7.5p on 6 November, 2008.
The shares were sold to an institutional investor to raise approximately 300,000, which is to be lent back to the Company in the form of a bridge loan."

Either MDX is in such dire financial strife that the only alternative, to buy some time, was for the CFO and COO to sell their shares at a huge discount or, they are so confident that their remaining shares will return huge value for them that they were willing to accept what was, at the time, a very poor price for them.

Whichever it is, there can surely be no doubt that the sale was a little desperate if only 300k was needed to tide them over until a loan facility is agreed. I know the banks are being a little stingy at present but it is apparent that MDX's bankers didn't want to part with their cash, unless the investor mentioned in the 3m debt facility is their banker.

I really, really hope that MDX can get through their present difficulties but until I see confirmation of the debt facility and who their institutional investor and investment company are, I am still not investing.
