If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Ian, thanks for your help. That seems to have sorted the problem - though I still don't know why it suddenly happened after being ok for so long! Helen

I have only just started to use Firefox as well as IE and so this problem, concerning the Thread List pages on the PBB and IBB, may have already been reported to you:
1. With IE the "Earlier Threads" button is positioned at the bottom (centre) of the Thread List page. This is OK.
2. With Firefox the "Earlier Threads" button is positioned at the top (and obscuring the headers, "Started By" and "Last Poster"). Obviously this is NOT OK.
3. With Firefox if you click on this "Earlier Threads" then it duly changes the current page to the previous Thread List Page (as it should) but now three more buttons are revealed, ("Recent Threads", "Later Threads" and "Earlier Threads" and which, like 2. above, also are in positions at the top of the page and which obscure the headers, "Started By" and "Last Poster"). Obviously this is not OK either.

Docproc,
This is to do with the way the browser is displaying it - can you send me a screen shot so that I can take a look at what you mean?

I'll try. Can you suggest some Freeware I can download to do it with?

Docproc,
You don't need any additional software, just get the screens up as you described them above, and then press the prt scr button towards the right hand side of your keyboard. Now open up a new E mail and then click on the edit button at the top and select paste - voila the piccy should then appear in your mail.

I've tried lots of things (with my 3 monitors and Appian quad card) but can't get Print Screen to work. I've even moved the picture I want and the cursor with it to Screen 1.
I just can't seem to capture the picture and so 'Paste' never appears after openig up an e-mail and clicking on 'Edit' on OE either.
Got a Freeware idea? I think that might be a better way.

DocProc, try putting the screenshot you want on one full monitor, and then press alt and prt scr together. If the edit button doesn't work, try right clicking on your mouse and selecting paste from there.
If all else fails, try pasting it into a word document.

Your e-mail received and comment about your guess that the 'tool bar, which I have installed there is causing this' is duly noted.
The tool bar is from
http://www.stumbleupon.com/ and is an absolutely terrific facility for introducing extremely interesting web sites to Internet users.

Yeah Doc,
Can't say I have heard of it, but it is the only thing I can think of which could be causing it - I use bot IE and Mozilla, and they display the page exactly the same.
If I do come up with any ideas, I will let you know.

Sometimes , when I see an apostrophe on a posting, I am also seeing it preceded by a 'backslash'.
See posts 51 and 54 on the 'Lucy' thread as an example.
Test:
Mine's that's it's one's
Edit: Seems OK now.
