The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Kimhow about it could have been a condition of financing:-The Company has also signed a term sheet with an investment company to inject up to 3m by way of a debt facility to the Company. Further details will be announced when the agreement is finalised.

Tabby, yes it could have been a condition, but that would mean I would have to have another 2 ways of looking at it - the CFO and COO's holdings were purposefully diluted to enable a takeover at a discounted price?! Or, the investor has MDX by the sphericals!
Let's hope it is neither of the above!

I think we can all agree that short term MDX were very short of cash. I'm not sure why that was bar late paying debtors of course, but it's not a good place to be in this economic environment surely.
It doesn't add up to anything brilliant fundamentally in the short term, regardless of the long term outlook, does it?

shhhh jkd ... even the zoo aint picked up on what you have mentioned , so much for long term investors doing their research !
Kim , just about sums it up .... my opinion it was a desperation sale (market thought so too).
Tabs .... I'll be your David if you'll be my Goliath.
Still can't understand why all the dickheads over at the zoo trust BJM ... COUNT where are you ... I know you must be reading this.
PS ... being a Spurs fan in London must be like being a Swansea fan in S Wales , I'm sure I would sympathise if I knew what it felt like :-)

How prophetic , 29.02.04 .... some guy called CAT :-)
I could be wrong but this is begining to have all the hallmarks of Just group shortly before it all fell apart:
- "News coming soon" - every day something extra is promised via various "knowledgable" BB posters.
- The obsessive, sometimes paranoid nature of various BB posters is a chracteristic that is worrying.
- Various responses to "bear" points are met with hostility and insults.
- The impressive out-performance of the stock so far may be giving many people the feeling of invincibility with their paper wealth having mushroomed.
- The presence of a few advfn-honoured BB "luminaries" may continue to reassure the many that they are also headed to "millionaire" status if they simply stick with it for the long haul.
- The BPRG "bull" threads seem too overpopulated to make it likely that the stock will surprise to the upside long term, more likely this will simply exacerbate short term volatility in both directions.
- Even newspaper pundits, such as the Edmund "on-the-fence" Jackson,
are starting to bemoan the fact that the promised news is late...
Has this Emperor got new clothes coming or not ?
World Beater or simply a good example of hysteria?

Dil - was chatting to The Count! tonight about MDX. Despite having previously had a notifiable interest in BPRG he explained to me why he wouldnt now touch them with a bargepole. Unfortunately, none of the stuff he told me is postable.

Good morning all.
Ok Kimlet us address this financing problem that seems to have taken over as an obsession by you allhere is what I know and what I think spelled out in my honest opinionThe K twins joining the bod was partly down to BJM.they could have raised that small amount of money as a bridging loan from their piggy bank.to give their shares away was almost certain a condition of the financing planBJM and I_AM_A_WALRUS are connected and are heavily investedand could have helped if the situation was as dyer as some nutters believe BJM was I believed bankrolled in the first place by credit-swisse.and the offer was legitimate for the companybut disguised by RT as significantly undervalued then let us take SMnot a blink of an eye ago asked for permission to buy the company. certainly Bankrolled to do soand an expert at raising capital.Steve has personally successfully negotiated more than 70 licensing and acquisition deals with values ranging from $1 million to $320 million. He has assisted several start-ups in raising equity capitalso I would say and I dont know for sureno problem!
Now I am going to be accused of talking things up.so please sell all your shares they will be 5p by the end of the weekand I will get so many more for my money.
O/T Was the Count on the Muppets?

Tabby - your memory is failing you. The count you're thinking of was in sesame street not muppets.
But I wouldn't expect you to either know or know of The Count! that Al's referring to - you and he are not just in different leagues, I think it's fair to say you're on different planets.
