certainly the coming months are going to be very interesting indeed, though much of it will happen well hidden from view
there is no doubt that plutocrats in brussels are now shitting themselves lest the whole pack of cards starts collapsing
how they prevent this without losing too much face (by caving in to uk demands?) will be fascinating to watch

either one could prove to be a strong pm (in direct contrast to "the lettuce" aka jc) and the loser should assuredly have a key role in the next cabinet

I have seen little evidence of the public not being fickle and certainly not intelligent. You only have to look at the popularity of UKIP. They flourish in areas of poor education and high stupidity. That is not to say all UKIP supporters are stupid. Some are just misguided.

You get an average view with the public and the average is always wrong.

There is no need to treat people like that , sometimes people who you look down on surprise you ,i learnt to never underestimate anyone until they prove them self stupid.

I am not looking down on anyone. You are right, people often do surprise you but in general they don't and are more likely to disappoint.

This conservative election : it's alright I suppose...but it is deviating away from the referendum result.....basically we are heading for brexit...euhh..not brexit....but remain looking like brexit......I can just see this happening.....not surprising as Britain is a country that gives all the appearances of a democratic free country but.....isn't one ......usual stuff on tv.....politicians.....tragedies...football.....ohhh.....forgot about when the illegal immigrants should be repatriated /expelled soon and when......repatriation...crack down on drug dealers....fraudsters....that news is conveniently brushed under the carpet....and they talk about the Russians/Soviet union......it's worse here because it's like...if you raise these issues : you are the bad boy/black sheep...you see : the television companies/news media want bums on seats....for advertising etc..so the wrong doings/corruption is not going to be part of it....; they will go a little way...just to keep up appearances as so speak...but won't rock the boat ; end of month....keep the elite happy is what they want....

I applied for a tour of the Palace of Westminster some time ago through my local MP.

When the date of the 11th of July came through I was a little disappointed as I thought all the fun and games of the referendum would be done and dusted. However how little did I know what would happen.

I wonder if they will let us see the mortuary where they keep the bodies from the deaths of great political careers. Watching Blair recently he reminded me of the mummified corpse of an Egyptian Pharaoh with his skin stretched tightly over a bony skull. What stress can do!
