Sequestor: I noted that you had sold at, I think, 23.25. I also closed a CFD position a bit earlier at 22.5p as I needed cash although that was only 15% of my holding. I have since added back more than I sold. My concern is that you are trying to justify your sale and looking to buy back in at around that price or lower.

There are two key things: the charts and the fundamentals. Obviously the charts are very strong but note that the share has more or less completed two legs of 11p from a 6p starting point. It is a level at which it could theoretically stablilise and may well do so whilst we wait for the real US news. There is no evidence of a spike but we could see trading around 28p for a while.

The other key fundamental is KBC Peel Hunt's figure of 2.5p on the sp for each 100 Greenseal machines. As I said last night, this is an unlikely figure: if it takes off at all the figure is going to be far higher, quite possibly from Wal-Mart alone. OK, there is likely to be a trade-off with machine price. So, where will the price go to? The third leg of the rise would take it to 40p which then becomes the target. Theoretical in one sense, but quite likely to be self-fulfilling as the chartists then operate to that target (led by the Zak's of this world); quite likely backed up by Evolution.

SEO is a BUY at 28p with short-term target of 40p and longer term target - you name it!

Hi everyone both old and new! Things are getting exciting! Bottom line future profits are going to be made from actual sales. There are rumours about impending orders and lots of guesses as to what these may be. Just a thought re: estimated sales. How long does a machine take to refit and how many engineers does this require? Working from this angle how many engineers have been trained and if you come up with some sort of formular factoring in some sort of times scale (ie would a company want to refit all their machines in 6...12...18 months)then a projected sales figure could be estimated. I have read most of this thread and apologies if this angle has already been covered - but if not could one of you boffins do the calculations?

Great year so far, been in since 10 pence and holding on for at least a over next 2-3 years. Don't want to be too greedy too quickly. 50 pence per share, A championship and League cup isn't bad to start with, need somethig to look forward to next year, another Championship, Champions League and 1 per share next year....hows that for a forecast or wish list?

As if we did not know it: SEO tops the chart of ALL quoted shares over the past 5 days by a mile over nr 2 spot

jimmy b - 19 May 2005 10:36 - 4346 of 27111

I thought it might struggle over the 30 mark , but it does'nt look like that at the moment.

sidtrix - 19 May 2005 10:37 - 4347 of 27111

This kinda seems like a time bomb... am back in this one but wonder when the news will come!
Neways should not make a differenece as long term this will be over a pound in a year or two!

mickeyskint - 19 May 2005 10:42 - 4348 of 27111

Is there a danger of this over heating short term?

MS

Chiva20 - 19 May 2005 10:45 - 4349 of 27111

I don't think so MS, everytime it pauses for breath it pushes on through again. Got serious legs in it at the moment. Monday I guess will tell all. I think for today and tomorrow its a common sense buy.

016622 - 19 May 2005 10:49 - 4350 of 27111

cant argue with that and 50 looks a good short term target
but nothing goes up in a straight line

Sequestor - 19 May 2005 10:54 - 4351 of 27111

oops I missed the new rumour-again

well done all

g`luck

Chiva20 - 19 May 2005 11:04 - 4352 of 27111

Sequestor you sound like you have sour grapes! Would any sensible investor be out when all the signs (including the sp) point to a well documented massive deal in the pipeline? I think it's right to be cautious but it's clear to me something big is in the offing. Come on lighten up! Comments from our experienced SEO fanzine would be welcome you know the score better than most of us - Bos, driver, tfc? & for a laugh II?

bosley - 19 May 2005 11:07 - 4353 of 27111

chiva, this is the borson brigade in action. when/if we finally get some news i expect a great deal of selling.

Chiva20 - 19 May 2005 11:13 - 4354 of 27111

Certainly is Bos. Agreed but will ride it out myself.

SMALL-CAPS: RUMOURS SWIRL OF STANELCO DEAL WITH WAL-MART
By Robert Orrand Philip Stafford
Published: May 19 2005 03:00 | Last updated: May 19 2005 03:00

*Stanelco, one of the Aim-listed success stories of the year, jumped 16 per cent to 27p on speculation the packaging group could be nearing a deal to supply its radio-wave technology to Wal-Mart, the supermarket giant. Stanelco's products are being tested in the UK by Asda, which is owned by Wal-Mart. Shares in Stanelco have rose almost 400 per cent since the beginning of the year.,
