If someone could post a chart here, that would be really helpful, with 50 & 200 DMA. I have had a look at the chart, but trying to make sense of any kind of trend is difficult, imo. 200 DMA support looks to be around 1300+ ?

Recovery starting to show...reminds me of last year's BUR downgrade by some analyst and we all know how much that went up by !

Not quite so sure about recovery, graph turning down and if the market doesn't turn around soon, i would be looking for support around 200dma

I have also seen another broker target of 1050, which is a bit worrying.
Also, 1050 doesn't look like much of a support level, so momentum could take it further.

I'll be interesting to see the how the SP holds, with the March S/bets due to close in the next couple of weeks and also the end of tax year usually which brings a spate of selling?

Any chance you could post a chart in your header please cyril? That would save having to post one on each page.

Cyril, you need to go into the edit function next to your opening posting and then from the charts page, you need to click on the 'paste chart to bulletin board' link in the bottom left hand corner. Copy the long, black text http link & paste it on to your open page which you are editing. Don't copy a blue link. (I know they were having problems with this function last week, so may be it's down again).

Harry i 'm ok up to clicking on paste chart, then i get lost. I can't see a link to paste so i've tried manually typing in the chain symbol above(is this what you mean by blue link?) to no avail, also tried typing straight into the post box and that
just does not transfer and gives me a little box with a red cross.

cyril.... do you know how to paste a chart? ..... actually v simple .... go to chart and click paste thread - i.e. highlight and press control c .... go to your own thread and insert .... not exactly step by step but close to it

Or, once you have clicked 'Paste Chart' you should then see a long, black text link somewhere on the screen. Drag your cursor backwards along this link (left click mouse & hold down), thus highlighting it (you should then see white text on black background). Right click & select 'copy'. Then paste the text on to your original IEC opening post.
Check the 'BUGS' board & post #33 + 34, page 2.

Nice one cyril. Bet you were expecting a relaxing sunday!
Cynic, are you shorting this as a hedge against your equity holding?

bit rock and hard place syndrome ..... chart is now pretty horrid and being sold off, along with the rest of the market, but not a good policy to sell into a weak market if at all pos.
