Bunny's Beer Basement (BEER)

stockbunny - 30 Dec 2008 08:02

OK temporary accomodation for us ex-pats of Spacie's coffee house that is sadly now boarded up and in memory of Goldie's old pad the tearooms.

No fancy stuff, as this is temporary until we find a nice new place but it's warm down here with the fire and aga and I've organised a daily guinness, lager and wine delivery. There is a small kitchen in the corner and a few comfy cosy armchairs.

So feel free to take refuge when you need a break - self-service generally I'm afraid but when I can I'll rustle up a meal :>)

dreamcatcher - 05 Sep 2011 18:18 - 4376 of 4886

Just started to rain here, very bad in Wales tomorrow

kimoldfield - 05 Sep 2011 18:22 - 4377 of 4886

We are indeed having some much needed rain at this moment, we need at least a tenth of a reservoir more!

dreamcatcher - 05 Sep 2011 18:23 - 4378 of 4886

They forecast rain at lunch today here, nothing. Not much even now.

dreamcatcher - 05 Sep 2011 18:27 - 4379 of 4886

You need plenty of grass for them sheep down there. No rain means, no grass no sheep.

dreamcatcher - 05 Sep 2011 18:27 - 4380 of 4886

I like me lamb chops.

kimoldfield - 05 Sep 2011 18:30 - 4381 of 4886

Shhhhh! Lambykins might hear!

dreamcatcher - 05 Sep 2011 18:37 - 4382 of 4886

Do not hear from him much, bit of a dead lamb.lol

kimoldfield - 05 Sep 2011 18:40 - 4383 of 4886

Perhaps he didn't hear, could be he's a bit mutton!

dreamcatcher - 05 Sep 2011 18:48 - 4384 of 4886

KEAYDIAN, has his visa expired and left the country.

dreamcatcher - 05 Sep 2011 18:48 - 4385 of 4886

What did you say.

kimoldfield - 05 Sep 2011 18:50 - 4386 of 4886

I hope not, I have a special cigar under the counter here for him!

dreamcatcher - 05 Sep 2011 19:02 - 4387 of 4886

Special? As soon as it rains here the power keeps going on and off. Perhaps the man pedalling the bike to keep the power going has gone to get his coat.

dreamcatcher - 05 Sep 2011 19:04 - 4388 of 4886

Over head power cables through the village.

kimoldfield - 05 Sep 2011 19:16 - 4389 of 4886

Strange rain you have there to put the power out! Is it extraterrestrial?!

dreamcatcher - 05 Sep 2011 19:22 - 4390 of 4886

So you do not have this in Wales? Any wind and the lights flash. Strange.

dreamcatcher - 05 Sep 2011 19:23 - 4391 of 4886

Sunday roast today, tea time. Wish you well kimoldfield, be in contact on return.

kimoldfield - 05 Sep 2011 19:48 - 4392 of 4886

Cheers DC!
