imo, sp is depressed due to underlying price of nickel (see 431 and 432) .... however, this could easily change by Q2 2008 as it is a reasonable bet that demand for stainless will be on the increase once more, with knock-on positive effcets elsewhere ...... always provided the feared worldwide recession really does not take hold

China and India as well as other emerging nations are investing in the inferstructure
so the effects on raw materials will imo be less than one might expect. Their at
present over 100 power stations being built in China each requiring in excess of
100tons of nickel and of course India, Russia and Brasil are all expanding at a rate of Knots along with FSO so the demand should hold up? A thought here for copper
which of course carries the power.
Back to BRR, i feel its more to do with Market sentiment,so any small miner etc
which is non producing with little or no revenue are being hit. Hence the overreaction to the shares being issued. The effects of nickel prices at this minute are of less importence, not to say however it doesn't contribute.

Harry - believe me i can pick stinkers as well as the best of you! ...... i managed to buy RIO at the top and despite the recovery of the last few days, am still nursing a thumping paper loss ..... actually, i remain confident (pure bravado!) that a bid will come through in due course, at which point that stock will smile once more, though no doubt another few will then smell like week-old fish!

I sold out Thursday and bought back first thing.. saved one penny..!

Hi guys, I'm just catching up with things here, having been out all day and seeing that BRR is recovering.

I'm so pleased that I do have Harrycat's permission to attend the AGM after all! But, as Cynic says, you can't trust a woman... so you'd better all turn up yourselves if you want to hear what went on!

Hey I am a big fan of Brr hope the Agm goes well let me know how it gets on ..also a big fan of Rift oil any holders here..?

They'll all be falling over themselves, which means I can just sit back and enjoy the meeting and not think about taking copious notes - what a relief! Perhaps we should run a competition for who can write the best report?
