I bought shares in this company at 4.5p in September 2003. I see they are rising. Can anyone tell me please the growth potential for this company as they have just been awarded several new contracts ?

LONDON (AFX) - CMS WebView PLC confirmed it is considering a fundraising and
consulting its advisers accordingly.
The company said it has noted the recent movements in its share price and
rumours in the market regarding a potential fundraising by the company for
increased marketing of its existing products.
The board said no conclusion about a fundraising, its quantum or pricing has
been reached at this stage. If such a fundraising should progress, details will
be announced by the company in due course, as appropriate, it added.
