This ones a heck of a specualive investment but it seems that the institutions are willing to stomp up the cash to back it in the long term.

MEDICAL MARKETING Joint Venture

We recently highlighted Medical Marketing (MMG) as worthy of attention. The company, in which I have a personal share holding, has this morning announced the formation of a joint venture, Genvax, to develop a novel DNA vaccine platform technology.

Human trials have been underway since 2001 in areas such as Lymphoma and Myeloma but the technology has broad applications in cancer, viral and bacterial infections (hence the term platform). The technology works on boosting the immune system by teaching it to identify hard to recognise cancer proteins as foreign and destroy them. Early results from the 25 patient trial in lymphoma are encouraging and evaluation of the result is expected by March 2005. Successful results should mean big pharmaceutical groups will start to take financial and commercial interests around that time.

This looks to be the first of a series of announcements due from Medical Marketing as it has a range of predominantly cancer trials moving into the clinical stage. (news flow could push the price higher)

The stock has made good progress in recent sessions up to the mid-80p level where the company is valued at just under 40 million. ENDS.

18th March GF. I sold out of this at 124p last week, and was hoping for a retracement to 100-105 to get back in. Looks like it might not happen now. Never usually do that but I bet its gonna bite me this time!!

Yes mitzy ive had it for a year now its good but i have one complaint,,its delivered on a Saturday and sometimes the mm s have messed with the price of the top tips on Monday morning,, sometimes adding 5 or even 10 %.. They have however come up with some good stuff over the last year,,NLR at 245p for instance....JB

Wanted to top up yesterday but funds didn't allow, so missed out. Will it hold it's price today or can you see a fall back in the next few days. In other words do I top up today or wait untill next week.

I managed to buy @112.5p yesterday and was going to buy today sub 120p but look at the sp now.Hard to say mickey if you should buy today or next week as judging by the amount of activity today it is heading higher.
Notice the large 100k delayed buys...

gf I am still pinning my hopes of a write-up in Marchs edition of Scsw as they used to cover them until about 3 years ago..if they renew coverage we could have the investor publicity that we need to push the sp to 200p..
