+The Issue is the fundamentals of the New Company - (forget the "technology/IP/etc" this has been proved near-worthless on its own) - the New Company has debts and no (IMHO) exciting products.....although many investors believe these are close to Magic Pharmacuticals(but some are herbals! -DYOR)...my view is that it's only hype supporting the current (and recent?)management plans; whilst ignoring the value of building a business. Acquitions do not generate Shareholder Value. . . again IMHO. . . .but the Market in this stock believes this also!

Surely the point is that great minds have tried to fix this sinking hulk and it matters not what outsiders think ( although they might take some stock if it's cheap enough), to make this co profitable and go forward it needs some injection of cash and decent governance, both from investors' angle - BUT mainly towards their sales. Without profits this is not a great business.

The history over BM and others is not the issue, other than they might have found some better management......but whilst the management may have been lack-lustre, I think it was the policy (of Acquisition) wot done them...although at the time shareholders were all for it.....so Management went ahead. Blame yourselves, - I was always against Acquisition. I know Nowt.
