The chart for this stock says it all.
The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.
The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.
The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.
With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.
MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

Glad to see it in blue again. I was as sick as a dog for the last few days just looking at the share price going further into the red.
It is a good sign that the director has supported the share.

Further to Pumacat post, CEO and FD both invested a little short of 10K each at 3 pence. Doesn't look like they've remortgaged the house to buy the shares, but a positive signal I agree.
Here's hoping for a significant RNS in the next week or so..

GUYS
One good point raised from before is -- law about mobile phones this will have big impact on companys with large mobile workforces such as BT, NTL etc etc(who in the past has raised idea of having system in vans but stopped by unions ie - calls of big brother etc etc) this could be a way of forcing this in under the story of safety etc etc
All these companys need to contact engs etc but at the moment are in the hands of the engineers as to whether they answer the phone or not !! as they can be selective at this time !!
With cyBIT systems there is no hiding place !!

The company turned over just under 4M in the first 6 months of this year:
This is the important contract: This came out the same day at the interim - 25 Nov 03
Cybit has announced a three year strategic partnership with Lex Vehicle Leasing, the UK's leading contract hire company, which should deliver revenues in excess of 3 million per year for Cybit. Lex and Cybit formed a new strategic agreement based on the success of Cybit's initial partnership with Lex over the past 12 months, which exceeded expectations, and following a thorough review of the telematics marketplace by Lex. Under the new agreement, Lex will market Cybit's technology and products to its customers and prospects. Furthermore, Lex and Cybit intend to jointly develop an integrated solution based on elements of their web-based solutions - Interactive Fleet Manager and Fleetstar-Online. This will enable Lex's customers to benefit from Cybit's range of scalable telematics and fleet management tools.

I think cobras is being very optimistic. Certainly the price will rise overall in the future but probably a lot more gradual rather than a huge spike. However that is not so say such a price rise would be unwelcome!

If cyh can sigh contracts with Sunderland housing and not put a RNS out then that shows the confidence the management has got(see cyh's website). Also where will this lead to,more housing associations signing up and the new law on Dec !st where you can't drive and use your mobile phone, well this all bodes very well for the future and today might be the day when Cyh shows the upward trend!!!All very rosy for the future. You've got to be in it to win!!!

here is the bit on sunderland housing
One of the UK's largest social housing groups selects Cybit to manage mobile workforce
Sunderland Housing Group selects Fleetstar-Online to manage its mobile workers in real-time, plan routes and report on performance to maintain high customer service levels
Sunderland Housing Group, the UK's third largest social housing landlord, has selected a fleet management and telematics solution from Cybit to help manage its mobile workforce. Cybit has won a 300,000 order to install its Fleetstar-Online units to Sunderland Housing's 210 light commercial vehicles, used by employees who maintain the Group's 34,000 properties. The new solution will enable fleet managers to track the vehicles' location in real-time and use historical reporting tools to resolve customer enquiries, improve driver efficiency and provide duty of care to its mobile workforce.
The order follows a raft of recent orders for Fleetstar-Online including Aberdeenshire Council, Wyre Forest Community Housing Association and Superior Plumbing Installations (SPI) Limited. The Cybit solution will enable Sunderland Housing Group to fulfil its duty of care responsibility to its mobile workforce - which includes electricians, plumbers, gas fitters, joiners, glaziers and fencers. By using Fleetstar-Online, Sunderland Housing will have 'anytime, anywhere' visibility of its fleet to provide location fixes on employees, giving tenants accurate ETAs, confirming proof of call to a property and giving drivers SMS or voice directions should they become lost.

Good point about housing associations nematode - I am sure you are right. NB also the same applies to local authorities (see website). At the moment institutions like that have got loads of money from us taxpayers courtesy of the government. SO CYH is an each way bet - both the public sector and private sector.

I actually work in local authorities and the big problem for something like this is the unions. However as noted on this board before if employers can utilise this product from a safety point of view it will negate a lot of those arguments of big brother (more like concerned parents.
There is already a legal duty for employers to take care of their workers. However the new phone laws in december will also mean some employers could be held liable for actions of their employees using mobile phones. This is not a prospect that loacl authorites with an eye on council tax increases will be savouring.

Yep the unions won't like it but the big employers can play the employee protection card and as Pumacat says also employes will now be liable legally if their employees mow down a bus queue while chatting on their mobiles (I know I am a lawyer!). So I think the telematics wave will soon wash away the unions' defences (so to speak).
