THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

Maybe you are the ultimate floating voter.

My kids are getting bored already. Summer break has only started for a few weeks

My eldest is doing an internship for an MP for the summer. It may help when he graduates next year in Politics.

goldfinger - 31 Jul 2014 16:27 - 44522 of 81564

Doubt it, if hes like you he wont listen to the MP.

In fact the poor sod might aswel just send him out delivering leaflets.

Haystack - 31 Jul 2014 16:36 - 44523 of 81564

A government minister no less. He arranged it all himself. The rules for applications for internships are that you submit your CV and covering letter without your name and personal details.

Tell him to be carefull if its a Tory male.

MaxK - 31 Jul 2014 19:01 - 44525 of 81564

And even more carefull if it's female...undecided.

Haystack - 31 Jul 2014 19:07 - 44526 of 81564

It could be male or femail and Conservative or Lib.
