Love Westminster Councils lamp post charging scheme which I suppose will be funded from issuing FPN's to those motorists parking on the yellow lines to recharge their vehicles (as highlighted in their video). Is this simply another scam to fleece motorists, or I am being overly cynical - you decide!

What next, are we all to be issued with masks?..just faze out the internal combustion engine over time but before comit to "serious" electricity generation from wind turbines, solar power and not forgetting wave generation off the north of Scotland in particular.

Hmmmm.....not that long ago when I did a navigation course, GPS was covered but wasn't the main focus. Maybe they should go back to basics using charts, a compass and a clock......
