Hello.

Since the switch over we have had a few teething issues, so to save you reading all the posts on this thread, ill list the ones that have been found, and when they have been fixed, cross them out. If things are not working despite being 'fixed', ill put them back on the list.

MoneyAM Website
Closing bid/offer prices skewed
Charts: OHLC not being saved, breaking candle sticks.
Market Scan issues.

If there is any that I have missed, please let us know.

Hi TulletJ,

There may be more, but from my Stockwatch :

ETQ closed at 6.25-7.00 pence but showing as 6.00-7.00 pence as WINS closed off last with 6.00 pence on the bid (stingy). As a result the Mid column is showing 6.50 pence when it should be 6.63 and the percentage loss was around 4% but is stated as 5.45% as the mid column is incorrect as well.

QTR closed at 1.00-1.75 pence but showing as 1.00-3.00 pence as KBC closed off with 3.00 pence on the offer.

MDW closed at 6.00-7.00 pence but showing as 5.50-7.00 pence.

PMD closed at 1.50-1.70 pence but showing as 1.20-1.70 pence.

WHOG closed at 1.20-1.30 pence but showing as 0.80-1.30 pence.

TTL closed at 0.65-0.75 pence but showing as 0.60-0.85 pence.

IQE closed at 6.50-7.25 pence but showing as 6.00-7.50 pence.

CWV closed at 6.00-6.50 pence but showing as 6.00-7.50 pence.

CDN closed at 4.75-5.00 pence but showing as 4.00-5.00 pence.

SIP closed at 1.25-2.00 pence but showing as 1.25-2.25 pence.

TRT closed at 43.00-45.00 pence but showing as 42.00-45.00 pence.

MANA closed at 7.75-8.50 pence but showing as 7.75-8.75 pence.

RTD closed at 14.00-14.50 pence but showing as 13.50-14.50 pence.

PCI closed at 14.25-15.00 pence but showing as 14.25-15.25 pence.

RDG ckosed at 55.00-60.00 pence but showing as 55.00-65.00 pence.

I can give lot of more examples if you're like though I have the above on my Stockwatch. I think the errors are on most AIM stocks and the bid and offer prices that are reflected are the bid and offer prices the last market maker has closed their book at for the day. As a result of this, the mid column is incorrect and the percentage gained or percentage loss column is incorrect. The close column is fine. Ample are the same as we are now with the closing prices, but I don't think they have intentions of changing it.

PS. The candlesticks for each day for a particular stock are still not being produced. I'm lacking candlesticks for the whole of last week with regards to ETQ.

Further TulletJ, problems with SETS traded stocks today at close of trading, none are showing bid and offer prices at close, and percentage gained or lossed, mid-column for all showing 0.00.

ISYS closed at 15.00-15.25 pence and is showing as 0.00-0.00. -14.50 in chg column and 100% down in percentage column. Same with others which are showing bid and offer prices at 0.00 :

BGY
BVC

ISYS

IanT(MoneyAM) - 17 Aug 2004 07:31 - 453 of 616

Please accept my apologies for the problems you have been experiencing - rest assured, this is not the usual high standard of service we offer and Jonathan and the boys are working hard to resolve all outstanding issues.

Thanks

LEEWINK - 17 Aug 2004 07:44 - 454 of 616

IanT(MoneyAM) - 17 Aug 2004 07:48 - 455 of 616

LEE,

Will take a look.

Ian

IanT(MoneyAM) - 17 Aug 2004 07:50 - 456 of 616

LEE,

The way it works now is that the chart will display yesterdays data instead of staying blank, until new data is received at open today.

Ian

LEEWINK - 17 Aug 2004 07:52 - 457 of 616

I C , what about the stockwatch trades showing etc, is this the same as what you say above, resetting at open ??

IanT(MoneyAM) - 17 Aug 2004 08:01 - 458 of 616

LEE<

The stockwatch problems are what we are looking into.

Ian

LEEWINK - 17 Aug 2004 08:06 - 459 of 616

jasonwalt - 17 Aug 2004 08:52 - 460 of 616

The live data displayed on my Ipaq using a mobile account is different to the data I am getting om my pc account. Also, news ticker being dispalyed for JRVS and BOOT but no news is actually available. I am using the latest mobileam software as advised in your e mail.

LEEWINK - 17 Aug 2004 08:59 - 461 of 616

streaming chart has frozen, refreshed to redraw.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 17 Aug 2004 09:10 - 462 of 616

Lee,

Can you give me the epic of the stock you were looking at, and can you also tell me whether the refresh has cleared the problem or not?

Ian

2Richard2 - 17 Aug 2004 09:39 - 463 of 616

The Cumulative Vols are reset to 0 each night, it's a pity the Buy, Sell, Unknown Vols can't be reset at the same time.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 17 Aug 2004 11:09 - 464 of 616

2Richard,

Why cant they be reset at the same time?

It has been added to the list at the top, i will post when that has been resolved.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 17 Aug 2004 13:17 - 465 of 616

All,

I have increased the retention for Intraday data to 72 hours (3 days), this will start backfilling from today.

Assuming everything is stable until Monday, I will increase it to the old 5 days.

I have also amended the header of this thread, added a few new found problems and removed all the resolved ones.

The INDU streaming graph is static. It does show the price/line etc, but no movement. All other streaming charts are OK like FTSE 100. I have done several deletes of temp internet files and refreshes but still no joy.
