MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

No, missed out tabby. Just looked in today.

jkd - 24 Nov 2008 00:32 - 4487 of 8631

t
dont worry you wont wind me up.
only time we will cross swords is when i think you are trying to mislead or try to encourage new investors to invest in what i consider to be a sh*te stock. for existing holders it may or may not be a hold or give up on, but for new investors it is, in my opinion, a definite wait and see,and has been for quite some time, preferably the longer and higher the better. i do not like you saying in your posts to me such things as ' hold on to your stock my friend ' when you know full well from my previous posts that i am not a holder. that is grossly and knowingly misleading.
regards
jkd

Morning all
JKDI can promise you I would never mislead any person to buy or sell a stockIn life I worry about my familythat is enough for me to take care of.let me give you an example.many years ago a lady came to see me crying and in a distraught wayit turns out that I new her husband who was a serious punter.they were in major debt and he had just lost his months wagesthey were in big trouble.after having a long conversation I banned her husband and made sure her family could eat that monthJKDdoes that sound like a con artist.I think you are fighting the cavalry while the Indians are forming a pincerdo you not think a lot of problems in the markets are caused by Hedge Funds causing havoc with rumours and sentiment on some good companies?and hence capitulationdo you not think that a crime?how about peoples pensions destroyed by their stock being loaned out to be driven downDil has slagged this stock foreverask him if he has short sold it and how many times?
By the way I like the full page lines. Have you done that just for me?

Niplad - 23 Nov'08 - 23:37 - 12488 of 12499
rob - what is your current take at the moment?

Hi Niplad

Firstly may I say what a great job you do with the Meldex research. Some good finds and always thorough.

It always amazes me how many share holders of Meldex seem to publicly trash the company on this and other sites rather than discuss it quietly off line. The latest of course was the 121 circulars. Before they started hounding Buchannans about the KK shares the price was 30p. For me, it was a strange way to go given the collective size of their holdings. I have no problem with constructive criticisms

Our share holders independently hold about 30 million although I have no way of knowing an exact figure as no doubt they change their positions from time to time. I havent surveyed them recently.

As to what may be happening at Meldex now, I believe that everything that can be done is being done and we must allow those that have the real influence the means to use it. There is no doubting that we have been let down by RT and this current board and that is a situation that I would expect to change. I would support any motion that disposes of them and I would urge our guys to do likewise.
I also believe that the KK twins did the right thing for the company and its share holders when they had their nuts put in a vice by Fortis recently and we should respect them for that.

As for funding we read so much about this subject yet the company is still here and I far as I can ascertain, still trading very strongly. I can understand fully why we have not seen funding finalised and news issued. Who in their right mind would secure funding and therefore the companys future with this board in place? We must not forget that this is the board that had RT as its leader and who allowed him to make statements in RNS form that some of us find doubtful. This is the board that has a remcom who gave him a package way in excess of what it should be, in short allowed him to do what he wanted with little or no check and balances. I could go on for ever on this subject but we all know it inside and out. What is important is that it changes and I think it will and when that happens we will see all the positives.

I would expect a strong Chairman with the relevant experience to suit our needs. Not some geriatric as we have now and as much use as a chocolate fireguard. A new man should be on a very nominal package with good performance option. He should be supported by a NED with the interests of the share holders at heart and also a strong full time FD.
I think we should keep Martin as a development leader but not as a Director with all the responsibility that such a position brings. Let him get back to developing the core techs and give him the budgets to do just that.

We should sell of the bits we dont really need and focus on the main ones and use to cash to clear down any debts and fund development. Credit controls will naturally be sorted with a new FD. The CEO position for me should be one of the twins.

I think the share price is low only because of the uncertainty and the recent negative sentiment but despite that, we have held on as we believe it will bounce back.
Many have been forced to sell which is a shame as Meldex still(for me anyway) has the potential to become a tremendous company as soon as we get rid of all the freeloaders and get the team in that will work with the share holders, for the share holders.
I think that day is rapidly approaching.

Dil>
as a follow up to the rob molloy post I thought this might answer some of your questions that doubt Barrys motivesperhaps you might even refrain from speaking to him in a manner that has surprisingly shocked myself.:-

rob molloy - 24 Nov'08 - 09:59 - 12535 of 12552

I have followed this particular saga from "afar". The leaked 793 by Inghu shows that we have a holding in ATEK. It was wrong of Inghu to leak that document because it wasn't his to leak. It belonged to Meldex, it was confidential and only he knows how he came by it. I don't think for a minute that he broke in through a window in the dead of night, do you? It was given to him to try and make mischief and it was so out of date.

HoT is making meals out of the ATEK accounts, which are late but is only of any relevance to their share holders. It matters not one jot to MDX share holders. I am one of the biggest holders in ATEK and I really do not care at the moment. You may find that strange.
BJM to all extents and purposes is a one man band, he has been shafted just like the rest of us but one thing I do know is that he is working tirelessly to right this and as such he has given this the top priority ahead of other business. I dont need HoT trying to grill him on a public BB; I do it once a week, every week, without fail.

Now for the record, again, ATEK have never shorted Meldex. The share holders would not allow it, not now, not in the future and it certainly has NOT happened in the past.

Reference those KK shares that so much has been made of, my understanding of this was that the majority of the shares were sold off in the original deal, all but 100K of them. It was part of the deal or the deal would not have happened. They were not Directors at the time and as such had no influence on what should or was said by Meldex. The 100k balance was also in the deal and it would be fairly reasonable to think that the matter would be handled by RT in relation to market comments. If an RNS had been issued saying that they had sold 100k in June as part of the original deal then I dont think we would have been too bothered by it. What angered most, including me was that RT chose not to say anything and only he knows why but should be made to answer to someone for it.

Dreamers.

Dil - 24 Nov 2008 11:48 - 4492 of 8631

And what was wrong with my question to BM (that he chose not to answer) ?

Do you know of any companies that he's floated that are now worth more than when he floated them tabby ?

tabasco - 24 Nov 2008 12:07 - 4493 of 8631
