Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

I keep coming across things that "my subscrption does not entitle me too". As far as I can see I am entitled to many of these items but I just don't get them!

e.g. I just tried to access a thread in the traders room. I couldn't!

I have not had acces to that room for a year or so!

Yes I have changed to (opera browser) this seems to be the problem, when I use Internet explorer cross hair ok ----- very strange.

Hi there seems to be a bug with terminal using safari on the MAC
The window that has the settings 'content, group, autofresh etc ' will not minimise fully so it takes up a lot of screen real estate.

Excuse a silly question, but how do I get a detailed chart of the Nikkei (TOKN) up in the charts section? When i call it up I get an odd looking chart, thanks, H

Have you chaps changed the level 2 applet(or have I inadvertently altered something?), as I now get an extra grey bar on the bottom that reads applet.deltastream etc.
Also, more annoyingly all my level 2 windows are now labelled http://moneyam.com - EPIC(level2) which means, when minimised, my task bar is a long row of the letters "http" repeated which isn't much use for finding and expanding the correct window quickly.

Incidentally, any update on the missing stocks from company zone that I reported a month or two ago? I'm still finding loads missing when i try and check shareholder info.

P.S. There also appears to be a strange bug that some of the time, I can only read messages on BB threads in a full window. In a reduced window, the messages disappear and i get a white page with just the AM tabs. Most odd!

We have not made any changes to Level 2 - can you try a resart and let me know what happens? If this doesn't work, can you send me a screen shot of what you are seeing?

With regard to the missing stocks, JT sent a list of those that were missing over to our supplier - I will get him to chase them up and find out what is happening.

I'll spend some more time on it later, as it is currently irritating but still useable. If you guys haven't changed anything, I've probably tweaked an IE setting that needs putting back.

Sorry missed that - I can't reproduce it here and have had no similar reports of such behaviour - if you haven't done one recently can you please try a windows update to see if this cures the problem as it seems that you browser is doing some strange things at the moment.
