For it is worth - I have been in ULT since Mar 05 - every time stock went up on news etc I managed to sell half my holdings and bank some profits and bought on the deeps and now have a substantial holding ( half of which is out of gains). I think patience with this one will make anyone good returns in the long run ( next two years) . With Canada and US still to come and UK contracts under NHS to come we can but only hope for the best. p/271

Birmingham City Council renews Ultrasis License
The UK's largest single local authority employer, Birmingham City Council has decided to renew its license for Work Related Stress Audit (WRSA).
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recently issued new stress management standards to guide employers in identifying potential problems in a bid to cut down stress related absences. WRSA is a confidential web based program that allows employees to be able to complete the audit and contribute to identifying the areas of stress within the organisation. Birmingham City Council is committed to addressing these issues as a matter of priority and uses WRSA as a part of their wider stress at work programme.
UK Sales Director, John Smith said "We are pleased that Birmingham City Council has decided to continue using WRSA as part of their wider strategy. They are committed to looking at ways to better manage the issues of mental health in the workplace and have a broad range of high quality initiatives in place to achieve this; we are delighted to be contributing to their success".

Woodie -today's announcement and particularly "This is a significant development which now places Ultrasis in a prime position
to fully exploit its technology across all markets, potentially worldwide. In
addition to our corporate and clinical markets, this acquisition enables us to
retail our full range of products direct to consumers." confirms what we were about yesterday.

Daily Mail page 71 27th May 06
on Bryan O'connor's page so presume he wrote it
(typed out so excuse any errors)
(heading) - Ultrasis may start beating the stock market blues
Small companies are vulnerable when markets are so turbulent, & trading in their shares can dry up. But the skies over Ultrasis may be brightening-appropiately for a group which helps people fight depression.
The shares, once high fliers have long since dropped to penny stock status. They are now 1.86p - but thanks to a bloated 1.4bn isssue that still values the group at 27m.
Compared to last year's revenues of under 1m that is mainly hope value. But Neville(twin?) Brabbins who took over as chief executive last year, has stepped up the marketing effort.
Since the group's flagship Beating the Blues - an eight-part self help programme delivered on a computer - was recommended the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (N.I.C.E.) in February, the pace has quickened. Naturally, BTB is much cheaper than drugs and much quicker than waiting for a therapist appointment.
Hopes are growing that Ultrasis is close to landing a sizeable contract from the NHS. Optimists reckon this could be worth several million pounds a year. That would give Brabbins the best possible base for expansion into the U.S. & into other 'self-help' products. The shares have been down in the dumps for years, but a contract would be a real tonic.

woodie i take it then you have several feet i.e. 2
i am sick & tired of the negative spin that is put on this company by various people, you only appear on advfn when there are questions being asked, everything from you assumes the negative, i recall your comments when i found & posted about the BT pilot(biggest employer in the private sector), which you said was irrelevant,
others might be fooled - i am not.

john i take it you have not read my posts on this thread then if you had you would not make the comment of "everything from you assumes the negative"
copy of one of my posts from this thread "another license renewed, what is encouraging 3-4 years back a lot of pis had doubts the software would work saying it was a gimmeck now the bcc & kent ccc have both renewed this shows they are happy with the product this is as importent as winning new contracts"
i will put another one "jamee106 my feeling is until sept when revenues become clear then it might trade in a different range.for long term holders like myself it makes no difference if there is a short time spike like the last one, having said that it is news driven and if tipped in a paper or a mag it will spike for day traders to get out,the co are moving away from this as it wants a stable s/price so they are being selective in the issue of newsflow.are you looking to exit on the first spike"

jon it does not warrent a rns as it is on trail at the moment the revenue from it is not worth talking about ,at the moment there are over 100 trails going on you cant have a rns for each one .with regard to stanelco different sector how many trails have they got going at the moment? not as many as ult
now read the posts 5 months later you refer to stanelco shares at near 1 month low with regard to my comment re no rns as you are aware now the company policy is not to issue rns for every trial SO MY COMMENT AT THAT TIME HAS BEEN JUSTIFIED.I STILL HOLD SHARES IN THE CO IF I WAS NEGITIVE ON THE CO WHY WOULD I STILL HOLD THE SHARES? ALSO YOU POINT ME TO WHERE I SAID THE BT TRAIL WAS IRRELEVENT WHAT I SAID WAS "AT THE MOMENT THE REVENUE FROM IT IS NOT WORTH TALKING ABOUT" WHICH IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU POSTED HENCE WHY THERE WAS NO RNS ISSUED.
