Beckham, decent passer and dead ball specialist but struggled to fit into a team ethic since united
Gerrard, good but not great, doesnt seem to know his role in the England side
Rooney, still all hype that the stats dont back up. Doesnt score anywhere near enough goals and is often too selfish - lucky his temper hasnt got him into more trouble than it has so far

compare this to Brazil - Ronaldinho, Robinho, Adriano, Ronaldo, Emerson, Kaka, Ze Roberto etc etc etc - no comparison in my book.

the big problems the current england team have is lack of a proper striker who can hold the ball up, lack of width and a general lack of pace through the team but especially in midfield
Lampard, overrated pure and simple - gets most of the credit at Chelski that should go to Makele and looks lost without him

Knees a lot better though knackered the back when moving - still the physio's very nice :-)

England have always had the players but never the right coaches ... Clough was the biggest one that got away but not sure who they can turn to if they get shot of Sven at this stage.

I think a lot comes down to how you play and interact as a team. I landed the bum job of sports leader at school but managed to get a great bunch of guys together for the footy team and from being the laughing stock of the local league we finished only one goal away from winning it.

I'm still proud many years on about what we achieved. All I did was dump the prima donnas out of the team and put people in who really cared, who wanted to win and who had awareness and vision about their team mates. Any lack of respect or awareness for anybody and they were out on their ear never to return. None of us were great footballers but together we were a great team. People just didn't know how to play against us because we were almost telepathic when we played.

Backed Agassi last night, although top tip, check start times before placing bet. Wasn't going to stay up till 4 in the morning, so just had to let it run. Phew. LoL!!

Well profit made on England match but by accident as I laid the draw and 0-0, 1-1 thinking an England win was assured. Sweated out the last 10 mins though.

Looks like they are promoting an affiliate scheme. I am just about to set up a scheme for Bet Angel, we have just been wating to get the payment side of things worked through.

IMHO Arb mirage is way too expensive. The next upgrade to Bet Angel will mimic exactly the same features at ArbMirage but also add another layer of functionality. Also, this sort of arbing is no where near as risk free as people imply. I'll try to record a video of the issues when the software is ready for release.

Personally having a few days off having taken a hiding on the football midweek and having promised myself i would just watch the final test without trading it. That said i have just laid the draw at 1.5 - a mad price with over 2 1/2 days to go imo.

Just had a look at todays footie and very little appeals, though likely to back Bolton to lay them off tomorrow - 2.04 looks over priced to me.
