THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

VICTIM - 29 Aug 2014 15:09 - 45311 of 81564

Yes while we take in another load of Romanians & Bulgarians

goldfinger - 29 Aug 2014 15:15 - 45312 of 81564

Yep and scrounging off the State.

Camoron cant keep his promises, he is Yesterdays Man.

MaxK - 29 Aug 2014 15:24 - 45313 of 81564

He certainly is!

How many real tory's will actually turn out to vote for a €uro loving Limp/Dim?

doodlebug4 - 29 Aug 2014 15:34 - 45314 of 81564

gf - I've said before that CR isn't "my mate". Yes, I read his thread and post on it sometimes and on occasion have had a go at one or two posters who have gone over the top in their efforts to make him look a fool. I don't know all the history, but you are obviously very bitter about him for whatever reason. He makes some good calls and he also gets it wrong at times.

goldfinger - 29 Aug 2014 15:42 - 45315 of 81564

Hmmmm doodles, you do seem to spring to his defence a little too quickly before getting the full facts.

That said your a grand lad.

Was going to point out Clems had a word with him direct, to tell him he doesnt in anyway run advfn and he is just another number like anyone else. CRs gone sulking and hasnt been posting for much of the day.

But theirs more to come from Twitter.

Await developments.

doodlebug4 - 29 Aug 2014 15:51 - 45316 of 81564

CR doesn't seem to be sulking at all gf, he's posting as usual.

goldfinger - 29 Aug 2014 16:00 - 45317 of 81564

He wasnt after he had been confronted, check his posts over 11am to about 2pm.

Sulking mate. He always does when he doesnt get his way.

At this very minute a twitter commitee are siting deciding wether he should keep his account.

Hes over stepped the mark in a very big way.

You just cant go around posting other peoples live accounts anywhere on advfn and incite other posters to send threatening and insulting messages, dont forget family and freinds post on the social net works.

Haystack - 29 Aug 2014 17:20 - 45318 of 81564

Cameron is fine. He is restricted by being g in a coalition. Boris would have the same problems.

Stan - 29 Aug 2014 17:27 - 45319 of 81564

Yes do leave David alone... there are a lot of people behind him you know -):

Haystack - 29 Aug 2014 17:32 - 45320 of 81564

Cameron is far more popular than you might think.

Stan - 29 Aug 2014 17:38 - 45321 of 81564

... Possibly the most wonderful person in the world even.

MaxK - 29 Aug 2014 18:02 - 45322 of 81564

I don't know anyone who has a good word to say for him.

The noo tories are on their way out unless the real ones can pull something out of the hat.

Haystack - 29 Aug 2014 18:13 - 45323 of 81564

The Conservatives that I meet are fans of Cameron. The policies that you might like are not possible in a coalition. It is the same in all countries that have coalitions. In a coalition even Boris would not get his way.

MaxK - 29 Aug 2014 19:03 - 45324 of 81564

goldfinger - 29 Aug 2014 20:24 - 45325 of 81564

Nothing to do with a coalition, thats just an excuse to blame.

Like ive said before Hays you can take the mick as much as you like but camoron is leading the Tories to defeat at the next GE.

ps, word on the inside, 2 more defectors will come out this weekend.

goldfinger - 29 Aug 2014 20:26 - 45326 of 81564

Wheres Fred and Manuel anyway, have they gone on holiday together.?

Stan - 29 Aug 2014 21:14 - 45327 of 81564

Never mind where is Fred and Alf, your presence has been required on here all week http://www.moneyam.com/InvestorsRoom/posts.php?tid=15154#lastread but not a peep... can't think why -):

Haystack - 29 Aug 2014 22:35 - 45328 of 81564

UKIP are saying that 5-10 Labour MPs many defect.

MaxK - 29 Aug 2014 23:08 - 45329 of 81564

They'll get on well with the tory defectors.

But never mind.

Call Me Dave was on the box tonight, telling anyone who will listen that the returning jihadis are the greatest threat ever, and to counter that threat, the gov are going to make sure they are fully lawyered up and in receipt of tax payers money...no limit.
