It just shows how ridiculous this country is : David Beckham helps man in car breakdown.....who on earth gives a damn ?....this country is turning into a news haven for muppets....really.....(and I don't mean David Beckham)......it's not his fault...next time you need the AA or RAC and DB comes along, just push your car into his path and sell your story to the papers...

Watford 1 Burnley 3. Three more away promotion points and now on to Cardiff (who just managed to scrap home against Scunny).
Will the blues manage to live with the free scoring Clarets Dil?

Super goal by Rooney but I prefer Nani's.....super build up in the run up to it as Rooney's goal just landed right for an overhead kick !.

Fantastic performance by Spurs in the San Siro, marred to a degree by the antics of that obnoxious little shit Gattuso. Once the ref booked him he started to behave on the pitch but should have been booked for dissent a lot earlier. His unnecessary altercation with Joe Jordan after the final whistle will hopefully earn him at least a 3 match ban.The White Hart Lane faithful will be spared his presence in the second leg because of the booking, thank goodness.
Ref did very well, but Flamini should have received a straight red for a two footed tackle, how did he not think that deserved a sending off??
I don't know how the Italians watch that petulant behaviour week in week out, it made me feel sick just watching the one game!

Jack Wiltshire was outstandingbut Iniesta for me is the most influential player in the worldthere is not enough superlatives you can right about himit baffles me the speed of his decisionsand they always seem to be correctunassuming and an inspiration to all the young lads watching.

Arsenal v Barcelona
Shall I say Barcelona was robbed, two penalties ( holding Pedro and hand ball ) not conceded and gol by Messi disallowed when was OK. By that time the game would have been killed off.
Shall I say Half time tea with a bundell of cash on the referee's pocket was what it seems change of tone on the referee's decision on allowing Arsenal faults to go without punishment.
Arsenal comeback at the second half was fundamental, using the strong force that the Referee allowed by the time.

Well done Spurs and Gunners.....I think Spurs will make it to the next round but Arsenal are just going to have to get an away goal early in the nou camp.....then Barca would have to get three past them.....that's a lot and with added threat of a breakaway goal from the Gunners...so it's crucial to get an early away goal !.

An what about that free for all on the Finals >>>>>>>>>>>>
FIFA lose court battle over World Cup TV
FIFA and EUFA have lost a court battle where they were challenging the UK Government's decision designating World Cup and European Championship football matches as having to be free-to-watch events.
Both had said that the existing arrangemments interfered with their ability to sell television rights at the best price.
The Government has laid down a list of sporting "crown jewels" that have to be made available to everyone to watch and these include the final stages of each World Cup and European Championship.
The European General Court has now ruled that these arrangements can remain.

If true Joe Jordon did say that, then surely more succinct than "Fornicating Italian, Who's Your Father?"
