LEE,
The way it works now is that the chart will display yesterdays data instead of staying blank, until new data is received at open today.

Lee,
Can you give me the epic of the stock you were looking at, and can you also tell me whether the refresh has cleared the problem or not?

The Cumulative Vols are reset to 0 each night, it's a pity the Buy, Sell, Unknown Vols can't be reset at the same time.

The INDU streaming graph is static. It does show the price/line etc, but no movement. All other streaming charts are OK like FTSE 100. I have done several deletes of temp internet files and refreshes but still no joy.

Hi TulletJ,
Some progress : the percentage gain or loss for the day is right and the mid-column is right now as well.
Though the bid & offer prices are still incorrect.

Tullett......Have I caught you just before knocking of time..(not including your contract on Ian of course)...(oops).....good...whats going on with these B/S/% figures, They're all over the place. No, I'm not going to quote you epics....75% on my stockwatch are wrong. 100% if I could be arsed to figure it. This is not professional. There are people out there (not me..yet) paying top dollar for this service and yes, you are quick to address problems, very consumer friendly, quick to apologise, but at the end of the day.....service is king. Competition must not be there at the moment. These problems must be addressed in hours not weeks, or I as a professional, (i.e....my livlihood,(i.e. food in my childrens mouths)) would be forced to seek more reliable providers.
I would like to say that, in my opinion, the input of your subscribers far exceeds (in professional terms) the output of the company as a whole. This statement, in no way, reflects any individual performances from any of your staff.
If I have offended anyone with these comments, I sincerely apologise.
MoneyAm is a top notch company,(in It's field), but I see sentiment getting in the way of excellence.
Can do better never won the "Victor Ludorum". Never be afraid to upset people who don't agree with your "ethic".
After a week .....Mr nice guy wears off....where's my "effing money" kicks in.
I'll get my coat.
