Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

"The general principle which every member state of the European Union has subscribed to is that people fleeing persecution should apply for asylum in the first safe country they reach.
"France used to take this very seriously. When I was home secretary we had an agreement with France under which if people came to the United Kingdom from France and claimed asylum we would return them to France, and France dealt with their claim, and that's what really ought to happen."
The former Conservative Party leader said France had "lost control of its borders" because it was a member of the Schengen Agreement.
Lord Howard added: "Some French governments have recognised this. President Sarkozy, in 2012, threatened to withdraw France from the Schengen Agreement if other countries didn't take measures to control their borders.
"So the mayor of Calais ought to be directing her frustration at President Hollande, and getting him to take the kind of action that President Sarkozy was talking about.

45535 - first read this post and then consider that within the last 4/5 months the world's shipments of chemicals has almost come to a standstill .... thus storage depots in f/e and m/e are at bursting point with shipping containers, and the indian traffic has also died a death
ignore it at your peril

Rebuild Hadrians Wall.
Nice big boost to the building trade, and keep out the Jocks at the same time.

Max,
I would think there are many who would help you re-build the wall and quite a few who would like to fill Rotter's Dyke!
It would protect them from the little englanders and other tory camp followers!

I cant really blame the Scots who are voting yes.
Lets face it which idiot in Scotland wants Camoron and his posh boys ruling them when they have an excelent chance of breaking free from the priveleged elite Eton Boys.
It leaves us in England with a Tory party forever but at the very least they say Camoron will have to resign.

Cameron won't resign. The only calls for his resignation will come from Labour and can therefore be ignored. Only Labour will lose out. The Lbs will benefit from a larger share of the UK electorate and the Conservatives will be massive winners. This will increase when a Conservative majority allows them to do the constituency boundary changes. Say goodbye to Labour governments.

MSPs are four times as likely to have gone to a private school as the people they represent, according to research carried out by The Herald.
Fully 17% of Holyrood's elected members were educated independently - in contrast to a Scottish national average of less than 4%. However, the Scottish Parliament remains much more democratic in its intake than Westminster, where 34% of members attended fee-paying schools.
Labour has 13% of its MSPs having gone to a private school, a figure that has jumped up from just 4% in its 2003 intake but which is about the same as an equivalent number of 12% among its MPs at Westminster.

just want to know if I read your advice right. , as I am only SB with a £1,000 cash pot is your 2:2 betting plan right for this small sum ?
And have i read it right that you keep risk to 2% which would mean £20 of cash pot, and do you limit your trades to 2% divided by share price = number of shares to buy, which would be 2% divided by 120p = 60 add 00 = 6,000 shares. and in my case i could bet up to £20 a point, but more likely for me £1 to £5 depending on the share

"Cameron won't resign. The only calls for his resignation will come from Labour"........ends
Total rubbish Hays its Tories themselves who have been saying Camoron will have to go, those that I have heard so far, Kenneth Clarke, Micheal Heseltine, Teresa May, Hanna Soubrey, and that Davies chap along with Bill Cash on the Daily Politics show.
To my knowledge NO labour MPs have called for his resignation.
Catch up with things Hays, your always days behind.

Yougov poll shows only 22% think Cameron should resign. It just won't happen, nor should it.
