If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Is there a thread for getting help with MAM site functionality. If so, please could somebody point me there. If not, here's my questions, any tips appreciated ;
(I've looked at the help pages, and can't see answers there).
Re. Stockwatch,
... can we rename watchlists ?
... can we alter the order of watchlists in the watchlist drop-down-box ?
Re. Trades,
... I can see a single page of trades (about 50 trades), with input boxes at top to specify day/time range for the trade data. Specifying times earlier than the earliest trade on the current page, doesn't produce any earlier data. Are earlier trades available, or do we just get 1 page.
Thanks, D.

Dieng,
In answer to your questions, You can rename stockwatch lists, by using the edit function.
The watchlists are ordered in the order that you originally enter them, and cannot at this point be re ordered.
To get trades information which goes furthe rback, you need to first of all switch off the live stream, this is done in the sort by box.
Hope this helps,
Ian

Digger,
That is strange as it was renewed only a few months ago - can you check the date and time on the clock in your system tray in the bottom right hand corner of the sreen to make sure it is set correctly?

I logged in this am using ffox then closed it and opened advent to access l2 and the site after loading l2 I was then logged out as the site stated that I had logged in from another comp.As I had not done this I am at a loss to know how to overcome this other than a reboot .

Digger,
It is caused by a cookie - you logged in with firefox, even though you closed it, you were still logged in. Then wehen you logged in using a different methos, the system showed you as logged in on 2 different platforms which is why it did this.
If you clear out cookies, and resatrt you should be fine.

Ian, thanks for the answers re. changing stockwatch names.
I have looked at your instructions, and it was what I was trying, and didn't seem to work. I've tried again, and still no luck.
This is what I'm doing ;
..On a Stockwatch page, Click 'Edit this watchlist'.
..Brings up a page entitled 'Edit Watch List', with data entry boxes for 'Watchlist Name', 'Epic Codes', etc.
..Try to alter the name in the 'Watchlist Name' box.
..Cursor won't go into this box. It is possible to highlight the current name, however this is not affected by any typing.
.. I can amend the entries in the 'Epic codes' boxe, without any problems.
I've tried both Firefox and IE, and done this on 2 different PC's.
Please could you advise what I'm doing wrong.
Thanks, D.
