Harry 2013 final results to be announced on 13th February 2014, sp will no doubt react to news of any dividend.

Which would mean pension & tracker funds would become more interested? Lets hope feb results are better than expected.

Lloyds was the top gainer, rising 3.4 percent, as investors bought the stock on expectations that the bank will start paying dividends this year and that it will benefit from a recovering British economy and housing market.

Lloyds is expected to announce a payout to shareholders on its 2013 results, with StarMine consensus pointing to a dividend yield of 0.4 percent this year, rising to 3.1 percent next year.

I see the subject of banker's bonuses is rearing it's ugly head again in the news! They want to be able to award bonuses which are double the salary, instead of the current x1 bonus maximum.
