If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

All,
Apologies for the RNS problems - they have now been resolved by our suppliers, and you should now be able to access them.

Please include the ETF's (ie ISF, IUKD etc etc) in the MoneyAM end of day Data files.

Trader2,
Just spoken to Karl who developed it, and the download function is on the development list for an overhaul in the future, as it is still technically in beat. Unfortunately, I cannot give any timescales at this point in time.

I'm having trouble editing the HTML in a posting on the Cheltenham thread.
Now sorted.

Ian, Since upgrading to L2 I can't get the popup window on my laptop direct from clicking the 2 on stockwatch. I can access it by clicking the Level 2 tab at the top of the page. Using Firefox and popups from www.moneyam.com are allowed.
Works OK on my desktop.

Seymour,
The only thing that could cause this would be a pop up blocker - do you have any tool bars installed on your browser? Does it work in IE? Can you try disabling the pop up blocker in your firewall completely to see if that helps?

Ian, no tool bars at all.
Also happens in IE. Will try disabling pop-up blocker completely.

Seymour,
Let me know what happens - also if you are running XP there is a pop up blocker in there as well.

Doh - just realised. It will be Norton Internet Security - not sure how to disable it for MAM though. Any ideas?
edit - just turned off pop-up blocking completely and all is well, not sure that this is the full solution though.

Seymour,
Not sure as I don't have it on this machine, but the pop up blocker should be somewhere within the advertising part of norton - I think you can configure it from there.

OK Ian, thanks for your help. I'll have a proper play tonight at home to see if I can sort it. Norton's good, but a bit of a monster at times. Probably won't renew my sub.

deadfred,
This could be a cookies issue at your end - try the following:
Click on tools at the top of IE
Click on intenet options
Clcik on privacy and then the advanced button
Now make sure there is a tick next to 'override automatic cookie handling' and also 'always allow session cookies'
If this does not work, it could well be something in your firewall which is causing the conflict.

Ian.
Advfn is currently under a mega spam attack, because none of the staff seem
to work weekends somebody has created hundreds of nicknames to spam just
about everythread over there with some US bucketshop stock scam.
Hence they wont be removed till tomorrow, this is increasing at a rapid rate
over there of late, lets hope it does not happen over here on moneyam.
