If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

ravey,
This will be a cookie issue - are your cookies automatically deleted? YOu might want to clear your cookies first thing in the morning so that this does not occur. Also if youa re logging on with 2 different browsers at the same time (i.e. IE and Firefox), you will be logged out.
Give the clearing cookies in teh morning suggestion a go and let me know how you get on from tomorrow,
Ian

Dynamite,
I will pass this onto James to take a look. Can you send me some screen shots of what you have described above? ian@moneyam.com

Di,
Press print screen on your keyboard (above the cursor buttons), then in an e mail, just select paste and it should print a picture in there.

I get logged off very frequently. I typed a long post yesterday and hit the 'post message' button. The system asked me to logon and of course the post was not posted and it was lost. This has happened quite a few times now. The same thing happened when sending a MoneyAM Email. I had to re-logon and of course I then had no idea whether the Email had been sent or not. I presume it was not sent though.

Me too. OK I'll start keeping a log of logouts, since last time I raised it you-know-spooky-who didn't believe me :-)

If it is any help Ican tell you that frequently I read a post and when I post something to the thread maybe less than a minute later it logs me off. That suggests it is unrelated to inactivity.

It's a shame it does not happen to you on advfn haystack, i think hundreds
of posters would gladly like a day where you dont spam their threads.

The logoff did it again. I started to send an internal Email just now and typed it in about 3 minutes. When I sent it, it logged me off. Luckily I had copied it to the clipboard.

Two logoffs this afternoon, 14.45 and 18.31. The time is of course when I realised I'd been logged off, not the actual logoff time.

Guys,
JT has an idea as to what causes this, and is looking into it.

Looks like some Nas Comp data could be missing, or, at least, the charts for it are playing up.
eg: on these 3-month charts:
Nas Comp
now only shows 3 day's worth of data, when it should look more like this one, for the Nas 100:
Nas 100

Stony,
Thanks for pointing this out - I will need to get James to take a look at this.

I am using a Beta version of MS Internet Explorer (version 7). It does a few strange things with the BB pages on Money AM. You might like to try it before it is released. It loses the ends of BB pages occasionally and sometimes overlaps the images of the text onto the buttons at the bottom. It doesn't do it on other BBs.

Haystack,
Thanks for that - we will test it before it is released.
