You do talk rubbish. Pensioners are no different from other members of society. Under both labour and Tory those who havent contributed to NI and Tax get a saftey net income. The 16 k applies to everyone its just not pensioners, for god sake get your facts right and stop talking through your silly bottom.

In fact it was Labour who introduced the Pension credit for poorer pensioners.
