If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

IanT,
Sorry but this chart is still wrong, the float was done around 10p, and certainly not 7!

Andy,
James is aware of this - and is looking to resolve it with data update to night
Apologies for the delay,
Ian

IanT,
No problem, just a reminder, many thanks for your prompt response!
Is that the same James from 'over the road'?

I have a long standing problem to do with the BB. I read a thread up to the last post. The next time I come in it may go to the next post. At other times it goes back 10, 20 or more posts when displaying the thread. Presumably you keep a record of what post I have read up to.

Haystack,
That is very strange - I will see if I can reproduce it and I will also speak to Jonathan about it,

Any reason why I often get 'Page Not Found' when I click on a thread. I then have to click refresh to get back to Moneyam. The time it takes for pages to open is also so slow sometimes I could go and make a coffee before the page has fully downloaded?

harlosh,
I cannot replicate that at this end - is it any particular thread thread you are talking about or all of them as they seem fine here - can you try a restart on your browser, and let me know if things improve/

I know Shell went through the name/Epic change and we moved from SHEL to RDSB, but is there any way the charts could be adapted to incorporate the history, please? Currently 2005 is as far back as I can go on AM charts. Thanks.

Priscilla,
I will have a word with James to see if he can work some of his magic.

Ian, don't think it is any particular thread but I'll take more notice if it happens again and let you know. The slowness of the site is more of a problem though.

Harlosh,
It does seem pretty responsive here - however, I will keep an eye on things.

Just noticed Hilary is complaining about the same thing Ian.

Harlosh,
Yes a few people have mentioned slowness, and with the fix we put in for last weeks issues, this could be a factor, but I have not been able to reporduce the symptons. If I do I will let you know,

Harlosh,
Just tried it and fine here - thats not to say there is no issue, but until I can replicate it it would be hard to diagnose - thanks for your patience,
Ian

No rush Ian. I don't expect you to fix it instantly. I'm sure you'll find the source of the problem (if there is one) eventually.

It seems to me that whenever the market makes a sudden move MoneyAM Level2 cannot cope.
Practically everything I look at on Level2 this afternoon has rogue orders :
TSCO AAL BLT HBOS - you name it it's f***ed !
