Will this increase or decrease the likelihood of terrorist actions in America, Europe and the rest of the world?
If you were a member of a family murdered in this conflict, would you be seeking revenge?

I have already said tbat I deplore the bus attack. I do however, want to see Gaza having more arms to defend themselves. I am sure you don't mind Israel being armed even they use their superiority in weapoins to opress the Palestinians. Don't for get Israel is an illegal occupying power. It would be surprising if the palestinians did not attempt some resistance to the ethnic cleansing by Israel.

Don't forget Israel left Gaza and look what happened - thousands of rocket and mortar attacks.
"Defend themselves"? That's what you call slaughtering and maiming people at bus stops.
You're a real piece of work, crapper

Far, far more people in Gaza have been killed by Israel than Israelis killed by Gaza. The difference is huge. It amounts to several thousand people from Gaza and a handful in Israel. How many have been killed by rockets - one, a Thai farmer. The rockets and mortars are aimed at the wrong targets. They need to be directed towards the illegal settlements and army posts.

And I suppose you "deplore" the Palestininians who sliced open the throat of a two month old baby a few days ago plus parent and sibling children - but you still want them to have more weapons............
You're sick, hay crapper, sick, sick, sick.......

Firstly, no one knows who killed the family of settlers. There have been cases previously of settlers killing other settlers. I do deplore the killing of that family as I have said previously. I want the Palestinians to have more weapons because Israel are illegally occupying the West Bank at the very least not to mention the rest of Israel. The Palestinians have every right to operate as a rsistance force against occupation. It is the same as any country occupying another illegally. No one complained about the French resistance during the war when they attacked the occupying force and people who were collaborating. It is the same situation and it has been going on much longer than WW II.
This from today may assist Gaza and the Palestinians in increasing their arms. Lets hope that some of the newly freed Arab nations will rise up and take arms aginst Israel.
This from yestersday
Members of the European parliament said they sensed a consensus among the Egyptians they met on the need to end the five-year siege on the impoverished Gaza Strip.
They said so during a two-day visit to Cairo that ended Sunday after discussing several foreign policy issues that included the economic blockade on Gaza and the closure of the Rafah border crossing in Rafah region.
Egyptian foreign minister Nabil al-Arabi has said ending the five-year siege on the Gaza Strip is a priority in Egypt.
The Palestinian ministry of foreign affairs and planning said in a press release Tuesday that it received a letter from the Egyptian FM praising bilateral relations between the two countries and confirming that ending the Israeli siege on the Gaza Strip and opening the Rafah border crossing are some of the country's priorities.

As I have said before it is the Israelis who are closest to being Nazis.
The Palestinian/Israeli conflict is the most destabilising influence on the whole region. It creates the atmosphere for radicalisation of large numbers of people. The solution to the conflict lies almost totally in the hands of Israel. The oppressive activities of Israel generate most of the hate in the region. Once the Arab nations have more settled governments they will turn their attention to Israel. Israel has a small window of opportunity in which to change their policies.
I think we will see uprisings similar to those in Egypt, Syria, Libya etc. The first of these is likely to be in the West Bank. Israel has already said that they can see no way to control such an uprising. If it is successful then you can bet it will spread to Jerusalem and then to Israel itself.

Yes, of course, it's all the fault of the Jews.
Typical nazi scapegoating from our resident anti-semite, Greg Hayes aka the nazi parrot.
Yes, of course, the sooner all the Arabs go to war against Israel the better and wipe those pesky Jews off the face of the earth. Finish the work your beloved fuhrer started.
Yes, mein volk, look at the tiny piece of land they inhabit surrounded by all those peace loving Arab countries. Destroy them and reclaim the desert from the blooming green fields and hi-tech industries.
That's fine if you want a nuclear war and a radio-active wasteland......

More nonsense. Once again you bring 'Jews' into this. You are the only one that sees it that way. Your jibes of anti semitism have no effect as they are so absurd. That attitude is a busted flush these days and its use just indicates a tone of desperation.
It has to do with the Israeli government and its ultra right wing politics and policies. There will be no nuclear war. The uprisings will come from internal pressures. Apart from anything, even Israel would not be stupid enough to fire nuclear weapons against an opposition that had none. It would be somewhat pointless. It is just a matter of time before there is a new reality for Israel.

Typical arrogant and ignorant nazi bluster - and trying to put words in my mouth.
If Iran uses nuclear weapons against Israel, they will most certainly retaliate.
Do us all a favour, armchair nazi, go and be a shahid. Put yourself on the line, rather than all your inhuman war mongering empty sloganeering.

Swiss President Micheline Calmy-Rey has announced her country is developing a project to open up all crossings to the Gaza Strip, which has been suffocating for the last five years from an Israeli blockade.
She also said if Egypt would agree to open the Rafah crossing to bring in building materials and commodities, her country would be ready to restore it.
The statements came Monday during a meeting with several high-profile politicians in Europe staged by the European-Palestinian relations council.
They met to discuss Switzerland's role in supporting the democratic movements sweeping the Mideast and issues affecting Palestine.
Discussions included British MP Lord Andrew Phillips, member of European Parliament Alexandra Faith, MEP Derek Vaughan from Wales, and Swiss MP Geri Mler.
For his part, Lord Andrew Phillips, who headed the delegation, said world silence was to blame for Israel's obstinacy, saying that Tel Aviv understands that silence over recent attacks has provided a green light for more attacks.
Swiss MP Geri Mler emphasized the importance of Switzerland's role in preserving the Geneva Convention brokered in the Swiss capital and stopping Israel from violating it.
Switzerland has recognized elections in Palestinian and kept contacts with both Fatah and Hamas.

All these bloody dogooders and noone gives a damn as to what rockets pour down on southern Israel.
Haystack-you reaklly are so fixated in your views that one cannot have a reasonable discussion with you.
there is no point, but for you to say that settlers kill settlers is the most outrageous statement I have ever heard.
You obviously have no idea about anything Jewish and the sanctity of life.
Israel will respond to Gaza rockets and terrorist attacks as and when. Israel will respond-it will never be the first.
Looka at the news in Libya and plainly you can see the type of person Israel has to deal with.
Egypt has already said they will maintain the peace agreement. Under no circumstances do they want control of Gaza. In fact they have a blockade in place on their eastern border-or have you forgotten this fact??

You mean rockets pouring down on illegally occupied territory. The increased rocket attacks are a response to Israel shelling Gaza and hitting it with air strikes killing children as they did a couple of days ago. As usual Israel makes disproportionate responses. All Israel will get is further attacks and bombs in response. You have to remember in all this Israel is the oppressor and the one illegally occupying Palestinians land.
Egypt are changing their stance day by day. The announcement of Egypt maintaining the peace treaty was a knee jerk response after Mubarak went. The later attitude is somewhat different.
