THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

Didn't read it but the headline tell's me its a load of rubbish, it doesn't make sense that the Russians would help.

cynic - 06 Oct 2014 09:48 - 46877 of 81564

Isis militants in Iraq plan to invade Iran to seize details of its nuclear programme and give it to Moscow, in exchange for help defeating Syrian president Bashar al-Assad, the Sunday Times claims.

Haystack - 06 Oct 2014 09:56 - 46879 of 81564

Why would Russia want Iran's nuclear secrets? They have all the nuclear technology that they need. Iran are not at the forefront of nuclear research. This looks like a planted story by a third country and I have my suspicions as to the source and motive. The suggested motives look very suspect as Russia supports Assad as it is their only area of influence in the ME.

Are there any volunteers on here who might want to help the NHS with a Medical Trial?

Goldfinger?
Haystack?
Fred1New?
Hilary?

Haystack - 06 Oct 2014 10:57 - 46881 of 81564

Not a bad idea. I could do with a smaller one.

doodlebug4 - 06 Oct 2014 11:13 - 46882 of 81564

What exactly did you type into a search engine to find that link ExecLine?!

Haystack - 06 Oct 2014 11:27 - 46883 of 81564

Let us hope that Labour does this as Johnson would be just as and maybe more unelectable than Milibland.

Labour MPs urge Alan Johnson to challenge for leader amid growing disgruntlement with Ed Miliband

Frustrated MPs tell The Telegraph Miliband's leadership is a 'tragedy' and say the 'country would give a cheer' if former home secretary launched a challenge

EM will not be kicked into touch before the election any more than DC will be

and don't believe the polls at w/e any more than you did (should have done) in the months gone by
the ballot box on the day never lies

Fred1new - 06 Oct 2014 11:50 - 46886 of 81564

Exec,

If I can remember where I left mine I will give it a try after you have shown me how!

Manuel,

Are you sure that the "ballot box never lies"?

It certainly seems to produce a lot of liars.

Good old John Prescott, he said Labour would do away with the ''Breakfast Tax''. Nice to know his fingers on the pulse.
