Why are we again at 10.5p bid?
It doesn't add up...
Good Results + Strong buying pre results + Christmas online buying soon = Price drop
Then again some companies that have debt for equity hanging in the balance, poor results and bankruptcy around the corner and they go up!
Why sell now at a loss?
Wont that be a kick in the teeth when we see 13.5p 14p again!
Best of luck all.

The directors expect further rises, that's why they bought.

Personally am expecting positive news in the trading update mid to end January and confirmation of this in the results in March. i am imho expecting turnover to be up to 35m deriving a profit of between 5m and 6m (this based upon the nov trading statement saying that second half would be better than first half). This would equate to a current EPS of 1.2 (on 5m profit) and a PE ratio of 10.4. If profits were to come in at 6m (they were 2.8m at the half yr) then an EPS of 1.5 and a PE ratio of 8.6. Considering the growth potential and the currently strong trading conditions I feel this undervalues the company and would expect to see a rise in the share price. That said, I am in this for longer than this set of results, as i believe that there is far more growth to come in the next few years. All IMHO and DYOR - anyone else with any projections on the expected set of results?

Quite right, and clearly the directors are in agreement with you. What with all the positive noises from the christmas online retailing season (have you seen how well tesco.com has been doing), one can only imagine the festive spirit at the most recent board meeting, the last before the company goes into the pre-results close period. Hence the director buying - have they had a preview of the excellent results that are to be revealed to the market in March.....??!

From Robbie Burns website...www.frequentrader.info
"Retail Decisions. Directors are starting to buy - this one has stabilised at around the 12p mark which should become a bottom for the shares. I think they will suddenly take off - target price for 2004: 22p"

More people have heard about the directors buying, that's why.
Good trading statement due soon, I expect that's why they bought.
