Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

Immigration is a problem I agree TANKER but I wouldnt go out and vote UKIP on just that one issue.
More needs to be done in this country for the genuine poor, the sick and disabled and YES pensioners who are genuinely poor.
But you wont get that under UKIP or the Tories.

as for immigration it is out of control any scum can come here .
why do they not fight for a better life in their own country .
the answer is simple they want a free ticket on the backs of others
who fought for a better life now being destroyed bynthe scum coming here and ripping the heart out of a once great people

The EU referendum bill is having its second reading in the commons right now. It is on the parliament channel. Kate Hoey, Labour, is speaking against Labour's stance and is in favour of a referendum.
Summary of the European Union (Referendum) Bill 2014-15
A Bill to make provision for the holding of a referendum in the United Kingdom and Gibraltar on the United Kingdom’s membership of the European Union.

you carry on VI ..... i know you love wallowing in your own tripe
==============
sticky - i'm afraid that throwing barrowloads of dosh, especially NHS, will not actually resolve the inherent problems, and it matters not what hue the gov't of the day
each will inevitably blame the shortcomings of the other, but actually will not solve anything ..... all that happens is that the assorted numbers get shifted around to suit the incumbent
the only way an economy can grow and thus standards of living improve (perceived or actual), is through an overall growth in worldwide trade and similar
for a short time, a given country (say uk) can beat the odds while others (say france or greece) will fare rather badly
raising taxes in a fit of pique and spite against the better off, is no answer, as has been shown very clearly in france and also in other days, both in uk and even usa

Before we have a flu epidemic we evidently have Hurricane Gonzo to look forward to next week. I can just see Kay Burley on Sky News, up to her knees in water in Windsor again, with a forced smile on her face screaming, "where is the army?".
