Here we are, having to sell your own stock to you! lol! Well, I've done my own research and concluded that SEO is a 10-bagger, giving it a couple of years, anyway. Still only 50m cap compared to PDX at nearly 100K and not so far along the road. Broken through resistance level so should move to higher ground. My price objective is 12.5p, i.e. cap of 100K. Convincing factor to me though is a fundamental - machine costs 40K then 30K PER ANNUM royalties. Straight through to the bottom line. 100 machines is 3m to the bottom line. 1000 machines is 30M to the bottom line. How long will that take? Plan to use the CFD gain to fund more CFDs - can make a 10-bagger a 100-bagger that way! Do I sound balanced and objective - yes, its all head stuff, really (or should I have said, heady)!

Bosley, can't believe your nervous now having held for so long and just as some of the previous cautious folk and doubters are getting on board.
Main driver will be the sealing technology, it is needed desperately by the packers and retailers to reduce costs, waste and taxes. There is already a massive market for meat packaging, thermoformable and tray lidding.
The article above makes the main point that I have tried to drive at, RETAILERS CAN SPECIFY THE PACKAGING AND TECHNOLOGY THAT IS USED. Once Asda/Sainsburys etc specify, the whole thing will go, Tescos/Morrisons etc and the dosh will just roll in, year on year under licence to patented technology.
The article refers to another SEO string on the bow, biodegradable starch based films and these will take a while to be adopted as its costs are higher but with waste taxes around the corner and desires of McDonalds etc to be environment concious it could happen.
Use of this films may not be patented but the process to deliver better quality at lower cost may be what Stanelco have?
Its tempting to take profit in case it drops back but knowing my luck this will be the bull run we've waited for and we'll have to buy back at higher sp.
I'd rather hold and if it does drop see it as a buying opportunity.
Each to their own, difficult one to call. Good Luck

Its got a long way to run unless it has to mortgage itself to pay BPRG.%+)
Long term holder, not enough though.

SEO are currently debt-free, if it had to raise some funds to put cc on the shelf and move on then surely with the potential ahead this would be straightforward for most SEO holders, a no-brainer?
Only way I can see cc really affecting SEO short-term is if damages>2m, unlikely? SEO managed to raise >1m last year without the packaging potential.
We should be focussing on the future, need this cc put to bed and soon.
Why is it that this crops again just as it starts to look good?

The way I am looking is hopefully we shouldn't give a damn whether bought at 4p, 5p or 6.5p if this delivers the potential that exists, any drop will be buying opportunity, just don't wait too long.
I feel lucky to have bought again on New Years Eve at 5.45p, if it falls to that level again I'll take some more.

whoa!!!! im not leaving . i only have limited funds available . my intention , if successful , is to increase my holding by trying to sell on peaks and buy on troughs.i do feel once the damages claim is announced, however much it is , the price will drop.if i get my timing right , then im quids in . if i get it wrong......well , i will still be quids in because this will only get higher in the long term. andy , im also glad to see doubters getting on board. if it gets through 7p i will start trading. but im not leaving. eric, you dont have to sell this to me . this shit sells itself!over the next few years , environmental regulations will really start to kick in, companies like seo will , imo , be in the right place at the right time with the right products.

Good morning gentlemen,
Must say your arguements for this one are very convincing and so is the share itself. So I've taken the plunge and joined you this morning.

Welcome aboard, over five years ago now I spent some time on these type of packaging machines trying to get films to seal, problems with product contamination, faulty heatsealing equipment trying to seal through thick films.
Apparently, SEO's technology overcomes all of this and saves money.
Ross Reiser wanting to fit this on their machines as standard is a good sign as well, it could become standard either through retailers specifying and/or machine manufacturers fitting as a standard package.

Hey folk! I've hit on a super strategy. Buy SEO CFD's. Price rises so you're in credit, then you buy some more. And so on! Each buy piggy backs on the last rise! So did just that this morning with another 100K at 6.625p - and blue index even got inside the spread for the first time! I like the Evolution target of 10p which I suspect could be hit on the results, or, more likely, the forecasts. Is there anything you can post ssanebs? My own target is 12.5p which puts them around 100K cap. which is where PDX are now although behind SEO in coming to market. The advantage of having a decent analyst/broker. Great to have sandrew on board - I know she's not St Andrew but her blessing is another step forward!

SEO a Buy in Shares today: "Expect big news flow this year on radio beam plastic sealing technology orders". Maybe Evolution do have more of a role, which is needed. Better having the devil on your side than against you!

Moved to "overweight" on SEO but can you be overweight with these charts? Interesting that price has come back a tad today despite predominant buys; but I've long since stopped being surprised at the MMs antics. My holding is beginning to challenge my ASCs; its good to have a bit of competition. Also bought into MDW (Mediwatch) today (in preference to PDX) - the charts emulate SEO which is something.

most are being cautious until the trials have finished in a few weeks and if endorsed by asda then you will some real positive comments and tipped on every newsletter.Cardinals investment gives enough confidence for me.

There has already been positive feedback from Asda which I recall is what led them into the more serious trial phase. The orders already in place on both sides of the Atlantic indicate that the risk of failure is pretty low. The way I look at it is that if there is no perceived risk then the price would already be much higher and there would be less to go for. So I'm happy that the sp has been held back until now to allow me to get in! Thank you, folk.
I agree, Bosley. Some of the stuff recommended amazes me when there are a number of terrific opportunites around. But then I missed the August Play; easy to dismiss something as dull, or dangerous, or dubious, without considering it seriously. On the whole, the shares being promoted on these columns are more interesting because investors/traders have put in a lot of work rather than having a week to explore a number of situations and then move on. I got some really inciteful answers to my queries earlier this week, for instance. So well done, us!

Eric, I think the problem is really down to people linking it to packaging where it has been difficult to make serious money. You may have read that I work in packaging. Years ago I spent time on meat packing lines, most of which are old, there are problems with product contamination affecting sealing, variable and poor heatsealers and issues with packaging materials. I havn't been involved for years thank God but sod all has changed really. New machines cost the earth so retrofits even at 40k each and 35kpa royalties are cheap as this will transform old machines and deliver savings whilst improving pack quality. SEO are only selling technology so no later exposure to polymer prices and retailer pressure on suppliers. SEO might not be exploring for oil/gold or diamonds but this technology could reap just as good rewards.
I feel that we have to take advantage of sp now, when cc behind us and deals start to be announced it will move quickly, 10p minimum but 50p possible?
Good Luck to us all and to MDW where we have a shared interest, another one set to motor this year, luckily I got in at 8.35p last week. Any further weaknesses with SEO and I will probably be unable to resist!!

Yeah! I feel its been a good week with the stakes built up in SEO (overweight) and MDW (average but could well become overweight too). With SEO, my head says its a winner (excellent fundamentals and charts); my heart says tis a winner (seem nice people in the company and on the thread); my guts say its a winner (a reall good, old fashioned gut instinct). A triple whammie! Can't do better than that!
