the mm`s have got this share weighed up nicely now, a great book , almost even buys/sells, 15m twenty five p`s @say 2% , nice work 75,000 for a few `phone calls, they won`t let this stray too far either way, great money spinner.
So expect a bit of a boost from them tomorrow, a decent rise on fairly light buying, and then the punters move in again
Target for the week 30p, and then short again

As interims draw near in June IMO the lower support levels will be tested more - the Asda deal is underway with 1 machine - and only 1 - so nobody is interested in any more no leaks - trial wonderful - best thing since sliced bread - RNS anymore - all they want to see is orders and lots of them.
If its only a trickle of 1 here and 3 there and maybe a one off 10 - its not going to support the SP and with those interims coming it could well just get weaker and weaker.
June - July will be a very weak period and if not more than 70 orders are in the bag by September the SP will be in serious trouble.
Lets not forget - best estimates for June interims are turnover 100K and loss of 1.4M - which is not acceptable for a 230M market cap company regardless of jam tomorrow.

Stanelco Signs First Commercial Agreement for GREENSEAL Technology with ASDA Supplier in United Kingdom
SOUTHAMPTON, United Kingdom--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 24, 2005--Radio frequency applications group Stanelco PLC (LSE:SEO.L) has confirmed that the company has entered its first formal commercial agreement to convert packaging machinery using traditional methodology to a unique Stanelco packaging application that uses radio frequency (RF) technology to seal packages. The agreement is with a packaging supplier to British value retailer ASDA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wal-Mart that operates 265 stores in the United Kingdom.
The agreement involves the conversion of a Mondini tray-lidding machine belonging to an ASDA supplier to Stanelco's GREENSEAL(TM), a revolutionary new packaging application that utilizes RF to create the tightest, most efficient seal now available for packaging food and retail goods. The agreement was concluded after extensive trials confirmed the capability of Stanelco's RF packaging technology. Trials are continuing with other selected ASDA suppliers.
Stephanie Morgan-Fisher, Director of Stanelco's North American Operations said, "The UK conversion marks the beginning of a revolution in packaging. This is the first machine of ASDA's 200-machine commitment in the United Kingdom. We are aggressively marketing this technology in North America simultaneously and expect to announce our first agreement for conversions in the United States and Canada in the near future."
The identification of the supplier was not announced for reasons of confidentiality, but Stanelco CEO Ian Balchin indicated the size of the supplier and the longevity of their relationship as a provider of packaging services with ASDA was "substantial."
Stanelco's RF packaging technology will provide a number of benefits for both ASDA and the consumer, including:
-- Increased sales
-- Reduced waste
-- Longer shelf life
-- Cost reductions on packaging materials
-- Energy and labor savings
-- Extensive environmental benefits
"This announcement takes Stanelco to the next stage of maturity as a business as our technology enters full scale production. We are very excited by the success of the trials, as are both ASDA and the supplier. The commercialization of the technology is being adopted at an unusually fast pace," said Staneclo CEO Ian Balchin.
Tony Ruane, Technical Manager of the Meal Solutions division of ASDA, observed, "With food safety being increasingly high on everybody's agenda, RF presents the answers to many problems being experienced with current packaging technology. ASDA and our selected suppliers have been very excited with the possibilities that RF has to offer. The supplier has recognized the capabilities and benefits of RF tray-lidding for ASDA, themselves and more importantly, the customer."
Stanelco is already moving ahead to market its GREENSEAL packaging technology to leading U.S. grocers and retailers, including Wal-Mart. Stanelco recently opened a North American office in Orlando, Fla., to undertake international sales and implementation efforts for marketing their unique packaging applications.
Stanelco PLC, headquartered in Southampton, England, was founded in 1953. Stanelco is engaged in the commercialization of new applications, innovations, products and processes based on radio frequency (RF) technologies. More information: http://www.Stanelco.co.uk.

driver - a BB is to post views - do you call serious analysis things like talking of when it will be a pound - talking of thousand of possible machine sales - when in reality it may only ever be in hundreds - discussion is fine - and everyone is entitled to their say. You refer to Paul being banned for complaining - no - all web sites can track your IP - they know who people are - Paul littered abuse at people (IMO in many different names he signed up with) - and got banned. Abuse is not acceptable - discussion is - if someone has a differing opinion - listen to them and ignore them if you wish - abuse or calling for all others to squelch is not the answer. This thread is good in that abuse is moderated and not accepted - I abuse nobody but some appear to like to throw abuse at me - that is their choice and their personality. I have been posting no deramp - but conservative analysis - that this conservative level is way off of the hype levels some may think I am deramping - that is not the case - IMO this is a product with very limited potential - which means very small and limited orders will come in.

no idea Mr bos.
i came across this on the stanelco website; http://www.stanelco.co.uk/downloads/Stanelco_May_2005.pdf
it seems to sum things up quick nicely, even if it is dated 05.05.05.
also mentions the all-important part that some of these UK suppliers cannot actually convert all of their machines now (within the 12 month ASDA-exclusive time), because they may be supplying non-ASDA stores as well, etcetc....
Each time i look at Frogpack, i cannot stop feeling that this thing is soon going to be in evey post office and stationary store in the world......apologies; if this comes across as ramping - but just my own personal thoughts - i see no reason, if the commercialisation is done well, as to why a selection of different sizes of frogpack will not be sitting there amongst all the normal envelopes and poster tubes that we see today......the overall product sells itself......

To much hope and expectation being written in the pro-SEO press and media.
The words "expect" "hope" mean nothing now - they need to deliver big orders - volume - not one off's and five off's.
A marketing ploy of selling a conversion on the cheap to claim your first UK sale or first USA sale is just that - a ploy - no doubt there will be a drive to sell one in the USA for another big RNS that may lead to further disappointment.
It needs volume orders of high margin - forget the hype and ramp and spin now - real big orders and real revenue.
If they can land a few hundred orders - 100 here - 200 there - 250 over there - I would have more faith in them. A trickle of 1 in the UK, 10 more in the UK, 2 in the USA or whatever is not enough IMO.

I think the rampers are being marginalized very rapidly, it happens with many penny shares, they cultivate a cozy atmosphere with multiple aliases, talking to themselves, as in a private club, they inhabit dozens of threads , eventually one co. will make it, and the losers are dropped- and the winner is then hammered with ramps.
I believe that "they" only numbers perhaps 100 on all bb`s, but they are vicious in their attacks upon those who oppose them, the attacks are all much in the same vein-perhaps they have a central casting couch!
Several are employed by brokers, they have the time to roam the web, after a while one recognises the style, its extremely funny once you beard them in their dens.
The winkling out is simple, find a penny share which has rocketed, and then foundered, the rampers will be panicking if it drops , say -25% ( they never set stop losses), innocently post that maybe a further fall is due, then watch the result -usually a round dozen posters, accusing you of, child molestation, homosexual deviance,no credit, no share holdings, your last post re. a share deal wasn`t true, even the ultimate-this bb is getting like ADVFN-LOL- , etc. etc.
Oh and of course short the share in question until it squeaks, then recovers then go long- you will be $ in.In short , let them do the work.

a very good confidence building paragraph by stephanie.
"Stephanie Morgan-Fisher, Director of Stanelco's North American Operations said, "The UK conversion marks the beginning of a revolution in packaging. again the figure of 200 machines is there to see. i cannot imagine they would repeat that figure after mondays rns if there was only going to be one machine. this is only the beginning, imo.
seqy, baby, who on earth is going to take you seriously? according to you this morning, seo was the short of the year, this afternoon it was going to fly!!!again , i repeat, there are different strategies for trading and investing. this thread is in the investors' room where people have taken a long term approach. why not start a new seo traders' thread in the traders' room where you can talk long and short all day long/short? then, maybe some of the friction and antagonism that has cropped up recently may disappear as investors can talk with fellow investors and traders the same. it certainly does appear that the two don't mix.

Whether you take me seriously or not matters to me , not a jot, I longed the other week, sold for profit, shorted and closed today for profit longed today for (hopefully ) a profit, the lack of knowledge on this thread is amazing- have you never heard of a `rolling position`, presumably not, check out One way bet .com- they may help you to make a few bob- at least you seem to have an IQ considerably higher than your fellows on this thread.
Oh and if this is "the investors room", i would expect it to have a ` phone covered in cobwebs as the " investors" chortled at the m rolling in from their "investment", instead of the panic and ramping apparent every time the
share price moves, do me a favour do try to move with the times!!!
ps ditch the tw@ts who insult for a living- they demeen you.
pps go on a MAM free "do", its really good, who knows you may learn something

superrod, i always thought boards like this were a good place to learn and to help people increase their knowledge. i am sure there was a time when you didn't know what level 2 was. i used to ask croc questions and, as thick as he must have thought i was, he was always willing to take time to answer. that was a help to me.
