I think it is our Benefits System which is at fault. It is far too generous.

If freedom of movement is a right amongst all member states, then so must benefits rules and payments be identical too. Ours seem to be uniquely different and ridiculously generous.

If my memory serves me correctly it was the Labour party that got this country into the human rights mess in the first place. Cameron has consistently opposed the Act and has been trying to have it amended for years - with opposition from both the Labour party and the Lib Dems.

Revision of Welfare payments to migrants and dependents who have been in the country for short time should be reviewed and probably modified.

But if you have a brain surgeon who has just entered the country and has a job but develops a medium term illness which will probably resolve itself within 3 months when he will "probably" be able to return to his post, do you refuse him bread and water on the state.

If a patient dementia examination to a doctor is £55 I wonder what initial assessment of the above's condition would.

Of course there routine follow up examination and the cost of treatment.

Human rights, protects you when you pop over the border into other parts of Europe.

I am quite happy for others to give up those rights, but prefer to keep mine.

Very funny Fred! I was a actually referring to convicted criminals who cannot be deported back to their own countries because of the Human Rights Act.

And the time and money it takes from the tax payer to find out if their human rights have been abused and the appeal process, for the likes of bombers and those who killed Lee Rigby.

50 years ago, I had a cousin who was put in prison.

His crime was committed when he sat in a cafe drinking a coffee, when the "leader" of that country was making a speech on the radio.

The crime was that he turn to somebody and said "somebody turn that old fool off".

He served 4 years. With restrictions after serving his sentence where he could practice for another 10 years.

He was a qualified doctor, and many thought him suitable for a research career.

With some of the intrusive legislature this government has and wants to introduce and secret courts you may need the "Rights".

Edward Heath took us into the EEC.

And Margret Thatcher got us a rebate which Labour gave back. Thatcher would have got us out of the EU long ago before it got as bad as this.

Most of our non-EU immigrants come from countries where human rights don't exist... The fact that they have rights when they get here is why they are so problematic..

Where does religious belief end and human right start??? Its a very mixed up and inter-twangled mess that adds to problems...

For Muslims that disagree with secularism and do not feel comfortable in Belgium, there are 57 beautiful Muslim countries in the world, most of them under-populated and ready to receive them with open halal arms in accordance with Shariah.

If you left your country for Belgium, and not for other Muslim countries, it is because you have considered that life is better in Belgium than elsewhere.

Ask yourself the question, just once, "Why is it better here in Belgium than where you come from?"

The letter is actually an email hoaxed that went viral... How ever I think hoax or not it pretty much hits the nail on the head anyway....

Talking of nails as the old Chinese proverb goes "The nail that sticks out, is the one that gets hammered"... These immigrants would do well to remember this in our country and try to blend in a little harder..

What about Vegetarians and Vegans , the best solution would be is to provide a choice and/or allow them to bring their own meals in. Shortie .

Course it would be aldwickk, but that isn't the muslim way. Most of the time they just want everything done their way... This is England, a country where if you don't like what's on the menu you have the right to refuse to eat the menu, but not bloody change it....

Also worth noting in law;
