If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Getting frustrated re not being able to do anything in IE. Ok I can use Firefox but prefer IE as Firefox will not allow my L2 that I run on another site to run as efficiently as on IE. Can't understand what has changed re Moneyam via IE. It can't be my computer as others appear to be having same problems, ie continually taking me back to the log in box every time I click on anything. This is not a moan as I appreciate problems occur but do you have any idea what's wrong.

Ian,
Please can you check the FTSE 100 Heatmap and % gainers/losers. Some stocks are listed that should not be there (eg. OOM, SCR) and others seem to be missing (eg PRTY)

I'm suddenly being asked to install a certificate every time I log in to moneyam. Why is this happening? Everything was OK until a week or so ago.

Bonfield,
I have been getting the same, with also being loged out every time I attempt to click any link. It must be their end and they are trying to sort it. Firefox works with no problems, so it appears it's only when Internet Explorer is used.
