Rather concerning seeing prize winners not being honoured with their prizes, even after making contact with moneyam. Sad to see . I have had to ask three and four times in the past and it becomes rather belittling. I give my time updating every night, come on pull your socks up moneyam.

Like many I appreciate you and those that stand in for you sometimes, giving up your time updating. I also find it galling that winners have to chase their prize (although my one win came quick). Examples where winners have to chase several times, sends out a very bad signal that MoneyAm do not care about their members.

Agreed with the thrust of the above two posts

It's a good competition and a good board - let's not ruin it (its a marketing exercise after all)

Could momeyam just send me the vouchers ,i can't seem to ever win !

Hi all - while I understand your concerns and I do appreciate that sometimes the turnaround could be quicker, it should be noted that in both these cases information was missing and there have been other times when the voucher has been caught in the junk folder.

We do ask that you check these things if you are in the competition - we have to send off for the voucher codes so any little delays do tend to grow quite quickly!

Regarding midknight's prize - I am chasing but haven't heard back yet but I am hoping your vouchers will be with you very soon :)
