The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Tabby
If one thing is clear BJM has no idea what the directors are planning at MDX. He has his own plan which might or might not fit with what they have planned. Why should they listen to him, If you feel the company needs to be restructured because of wrongdoings in the past why associate with someone from the past.
Its all very murky and I am not sure what BJM is doing will help in any way.
Your thoughts....

Ok Jeffall in my own honest and humble opinion I think you are wrong. Why is it clear BJM has no idea what the directors are planning at MDX?Barry was instrumental in getting the twins on boardit is also common knowledge he rates SM very highlyhe is in communication with the companydo you honestly think he would be aloud/wont to post ground breaking newsthat kind of practice aint done is it?dig deeper my friend into his commentssometimes they are very telling!. Barry along with some other big players were duped by RTas for finances who said it was a major problem?tradersnot the company let us not forget SM was already bankrolled recently.SM has personally successfully negotiated more than 70 licensing and acquisition deals with values ranging from $1 million to $320 million He has assisted several start-ups in raising equity capitalAtek was also given the all clear by Credit SuisseIAAW is also a very large holder with extremely wealthy tiesdont take everything you read as gospelnot forgetting the Ks recent sell could have been conditional?.. RT put the block in as significantly undervaluing the company we all know his reasonsThe company is at this moment in time being restructured it will not respond to rumours!but I believe there is already good news waiting to be tolddont want to rampdont need tothe strength of the PIs in this company is greater than I have personally witnessed beforethey wont be selling!!!most shares are now just being churnedno impact at allI could be totally wrong Jeffand you could be totally right.

They won't be selling, huh? Well some f*cker sure is .......
Next you'll be claiming this is an uptrend. Or the bottom. Again.
Tabby - if you honestly believe the nonsense you post here, then perhaps a checkup of your mental faculties might be in order. I mean this in the nicest possible way. They have special drugs and nice comfy padded rooms where people can go to get better.

Here's what tabby forgot to copy and paste yesterday ... BM dodging questions again.
B J Muncaster - 4 Dec'08 - 14:13 - 2158 of 2204
Dil,
You are missing an important point. You are not a shareholder in this Company, therefore I am under no obligation whatsoever to discuss anything with you, even though I have done so from time to time.
Buy some shares, let's say 100k minimum, and prove you've done so and then we'll be on the same side.
If you have any doubt about my ability to deliver on a promise, ask former employees about the visit made to our offices in March by a former owner of the property. I'm sure mots knows the story!
Dil - 4 Dec'08 - 14:22 - 2159 of 2204 edit
BM , someone posted your track record of floating companies which then became worthless (like this one).
My question is whether there are one or two that have gone on to be a success.
What has me being a shareholder in these got to do with that ?
Also when I first looked at these a few years ago you dumped just enough to get below the 3% reporting level ... you still got the rest ?
Things like that make me suspicious BM just my nature I'm afraid and in your shoes with your history I would be looking after my own interests and not worrying too much about some of the silly beggars on here hence thats what I believe you are doing.
These are my opinions and mine alone but there is no way I would be voting you back on the board to look after my interests if I were a shareholder.
Regards
Treblewide

Dil,
Great. We've established you are not a shareholder and therefore I have no obligation towards you. I also note that you consider this Company to be worthless.
Of course my interests are most important to me. I have never said otherwise. Do you operate on a different investment basis? I have stated that my interests are aligned with all the silly beggars as you would have them called, and my position about that has not changed.
Dil - 4 Dec'08 - 14:43 - 2162 of 2211 edit
No you have no obligation to me even if I were a shareholder BM so you feel free to keep picking and choosing which questions to answer its a free world but sometimes the silence says it all
... and no your interests are not always aligned with those of the 121 club so stop trying to kid everyone.

Lol ... your silence is saying it all BM
answer the easy ones dodge the tough ones.
Bet there's a few more now who wouldn't want you representing their interests on the board.

Dil,
I'll answer all of your so called tough ones, I've answered them all before to lots of other people. But as they have nothing to do with Meldex (and they don't) I'll do it by email. You have my address. You'll have to answer a couple of tough ones of my own that I have for you.
And do you seriously think I believe that every shareholder is on my side? So no surprises there then.
Dil - 4 Dec'08 - 15:17 - 2173 of 2211 edit
Why not answer them here ?

Ask him how many shares he sold in the original company when listed on the NYSE and how much he made. Bearing in mind that most he got for nothing ;-)

Afternoon. Been a busy chap. Glasgow and back - and survived the experience. ;-))
I see Tabatha is posting selectively again. Only part of my post and not a word of Barry's excellent and courteous reply. Shows you for what you are, Tabatha - yet again.
Mind you, it only does yourself harm. What a laughable plonker. LOL!

Dil .Barry did answer your questionshe stressed you have nothing to do with meldexwhich is 100% correct.if you want personal answers as I have received on occasions buy 100k minimum and prove thisyou will then get to hear of information that most of us have.basically put up or shut up!.
in every accusation that you have made against Barry you have failed to include written proofI would suggest that you get the necessary together and post..OK.I know whats coming.blahblahblahblahblahblah
