Fred.... All becomes clear now. Last time I was down that way (Digbeth) a few weeks ago, an unmarked police car blocked off a car in the middle of the road then two marked patrol cars came screaming up behind to block wanted vehicle in. Quite well executed. Guess they've had plenty of practice in Digbeth.

BIRMINGHAM has come a rib-tickling second in a survey to find Britain's funniest city. It beat stiff competition from Liverpool which came in third , but was pipped at the post as the most chucklesome city by Bristol.
