What are the rules on monthly payment? Is there a 12-month tie-in or could I cancel at any time?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 04 Apr 2007 10:28 - 50 of 91

ValueMax,

If you decided to cancel, you would simply need to e mail support@moneyam.com giving us 30 days notice and you account would then downgrade 30 days from that point,

Ian

New to Money AM....but does anybody know if you can trial the level 2 service, or is it just on a month by month basis ?

Akudzin - 04 Apr 2007 14:11 - 52 of 91

Another thing...does anybody know how I can switch off all these annoying flash adverts...they are distracting ! or are they 'part of the price' of using Money AM'.....Thanks

IanT(MoneyAM) - 04 Apr 2007 14:13 - 53 of 91

Akudzin,

We do from time to time run free trials, otherwise it would be on a monthly basis.

with regard to your second question, advertisements help us to keep prices lower on the site, such as with this new Level 2 price, due to the revenue they create, We do try to balance the users needs with the advertisements as best we can,

Ian

I Like the Ads.
How about getting rid of the threads instead?

MightyMicro - 05 Apr 2007 01:49 - 55 of 91

Quite agree. That bloke Iain gets up my nose the way he keeps popping up. Somebody told me that some browsers allow you to block him . . . ;-)

Iain - 05 Apr 2007 08:57 - 56 of 91

Some Bruisers should do it. :-D

Andy - 05 Apr 2007 09:56 - 57 of 91

Am I correct in assuming level 2 does not include those trades made via PLUS markets please?

Andy - 05 Apr 2007 10:41 - 58 of 91

Am I also correct in assuming that I will not lose any features of my current 'active ' level, and therefore I will gain level 2 plus additional features for only any additional 9.95 + VAT per month?

Genuine question BTW.

Kayak - 05 Apr 2007 13:57 - 59 of 91

No, level 2 is 19.99, Andy.

:-)

Andy - 05 Apr 2007 14:29 - 60 of 91

Kayak,

LOL!

cyberraja - 05 Apr 2007 14:49 - 61 of 91

2. if i pay in one lump sum (yearly one), and say after 2 months i feel i dont want to continue.. what then ?
